catastrophic product. Personally, i wouldn't buy a toaster if it broke as much as an XBOX 360. My parents didn't raise me to be a foolish person....buying products I know are bad is in fact foolish to me.
Now that I might be willing to take a chance on XBOX 360 (slim), it simply doesn't have anything special that I would want to play except for Mass Effect 2, which is a moot point now.
Being laid off sucks.
But you seem kind of douchy considering there are millions of people out of work, right now.
Nevertheless, I have a PS3 and have no need for an XBOX 360 right now. Even if I did have the money, it doesn't seem like XBOX Has much of what I want at this point, post Mass Effect 2.
I have not bought a single Activision game this entire generation. (bought my PS3 2 years ago.)
I haven't bought COD, GH, Prototype, Spiderman(s)....nothing from activision at all.

The fact that Mass Effect has only sold 2 million'ish units despite receiving SUPER critical acclaim is probably enough reason enough that ME2 is going to the PS3.
Why shouldn't EA actually WANT to make money by bringing it to all systems possible?
Frankly, I don't see a reason why Sony would pay......I don't think Sony paid at all.
I'm asking because it would seem kinda weird to pay a full $60 for a portal game.

Was this a "paid for" exclusive?
I'm asking because I don't see why any company would do and exclusive for any system at this point, when both systems are gonna hit 50 million units at approx the same time.
So does anyone know the story about this games console exclusivity?

I mean, I haven't seen anything especially bad, but almost everytime I've seen Killzone 3, my jaw drops and I'm very impressed.
Crysis 2, it just looks like everything else...like just another shooter.

Microsoft has few studios and hardly anyone wants to make exclusives for XBOX 360 anymore.
They just spent most of their budget on Oprah and Bieber.
Sorry to tell you this, but even Microsoft has has a budget, hennessey86, even their games division.....hell, ESPECIALLY their games division. Remember, their games division is just something they do on the side.
2011 for games is looking quite sad and barren for the most part.
That's the only thing Microsoft can do at this point to take the wind out of Sony's sails.
Of course, I'm sure it won't be ready until holiday 2012....at least I hope, or we'll be potentially looking at a new round of RRODs.
But yeah...based on the non actions of Microsoft (besides Kinect of course), Don't be surprised to hear about XBOX 3 sometime in 2011.
