Why was Caslevania better on the PS3? Why was Final Fantasy 13 better on the PS3? Why did Darksiders look slightly better on the PS3? Naruto?
Because those games were led developed on the PS3, just as this Sub HD yearly rehash was led developed on the XBOX 360.

XBOX 360 version is the better console version to get...period.
That said, personally, I haven't bought one single Call Of Duty game this entire generation and I'm not likely to start here.
If PS3 owners would stop buying this rubbish sub HD crap every year, they would stop giving out inferior versions of this game and lead develop the game on the PS3 like most devs have learned to do.
But whatever....like I said, Peer to Peer COD isn...
But this time the game doesn't have any "TERRORIST" moments to be broadcast on Fox News to help bolster sales this time around.
I wouldn't expect Black Ops to do better than MW2...very well, but not more.
I mean, it is rated as one of the best games of ALL TIME.
Maybe Uncharted 3 will be up your alley.

Any third party or independent developer is free to make whatever game they want for whatever system they want.
Don't blame consoles for the developers that don't want to develop for high end PC's anymore or because they half ass the job. That's totally on them...period.
And once again...no one's twisting Crytek's arm to make console versions of this game...NO one.
Maybe instead of blaming consoles, maybe you should be blaming WoW.
Since, to me, it seems gamers are too busy playing Farmville, Sims and WoW on LOW END computers, which renders developers with little desire to make PC games with high budgets and full out high end effects.
Blaming consoles for PC woes seems pretty petty to me.

Games haven't been working right on all PC's ever since I can remember....It's been that way for decades and has always been a major problem with PC gaming in general....no need to blame that on any console, my friend.
You are out doing shows, doing interviews...even the CEO's and presidents know who you are.

And it doesn't have to be competitive online...Co-op could work.
You could even do some things like Demon's Souls did.
But yeah...I want something other than the same ol same ol, otherwise I'm likely to rent or trade for said game with someone on Craigslist (I don't really like Gamestop).
It's the only way for the game to truly be competitive and overtake WoW. You have to go were WoW isn't....on consoles.
I'm very sure this will happen since EA's got the networking infrastructure already in place for the PS3.
Unfortunately, for me, I want Guild Wars 2 on the PS3 more than Star Wars: TOR. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one. :)
