YOURS TRULY
GEORGE 5 YRS
I was wondering where my most precious belongings have gone...
I for one support multiplatform releases as long as they are optimized for each system.
When you can upgrade your PS3 with 250G drive for 50 bucks in a year.
The atmosphere in those shots is so real you can almost smell it. Someone in the graphics team knows his stuff pretty well. Very impressive.
You talk as an electronic company was a person. PS3 is just a piece of hardware and Sony is an electronics company.
I've been betrayed by my amplifier! I hope my DVD player won't be too sad.
Wish I knew, gotta ask my friend's basset (or whatever).
Just gimme a break! I loath Microsoft for all the damage they've done to IT world and prefer Sony but please.. there is a limit to everything.
I do not consider Wii to compete the same markets than X360 / PS3. It's cheaper and smaller in every way, somewhere between nextgen consoles and handhelds. And the games.. so far I've seen donkey kongs, marios and other kiddy games - fun for the whole happy family only excluding parents. In other words very little of interest.
I don't think they'd wanna do 100% cpu load :) That would ramp up the power consumption and nobody wants that 24/7.
I suppose seti @ home is similar to that? Using more like idle performance etc.
I am generally interested in PS3 and looking forward to the new games unleashing more of it's power.
But this kinda fanboyism is just simple stupid. Why the hell do you make a petition to NOT to get a game done multiplatform? Who benefits from that? I tell you: no one. You want Sony / Microsoft to pay XXX million bucks to a company to cease 360 / PS3 development. That money could be used to create another game but instead you want it thrown outta window just that your rival (f...
A quote from the test, should be self-explanatory:
Lately I’ve been working on porting Geekbench 2 to the Playstation 3. While I’m hoping to release a version of Geekbench that takes advantage of the Cell processor, I thought I’d share some preliminary results that show how the Playstation 3 (and the Cell processor) performs when running code that’s not optimized for the Cell processor.
So better wait for the real test. This is just like the other article compari...
Do you really think one type of game should exist in just one platform? Hell no.
Of course there will be rivals in the same playground, that's the way competition works.
...that was teasing, to say the least.
..we've seen dozens of announcements of some sort of product merits and every time it looks totally different. Well at least there's plenty for everyone.
By installing mythtv to your PS3 you already can communicate with it with your web browser. And by sticking a USB DVB adapter into it you'll have a digital TV/VCR aswell.
..by the looks of it seems to be worth waiting. It would seem there's more to it than just these wonderful graphics.
..I think the Gundam series isn't that great, like the earlier guy said. And from what I've seen from the new Musou it looked strange. 1500 mechs being bumped by the player's character and doing nothing. Seems just like another strange japanese title... perverted people they are indeed. But I have great expectations from PS3 hardware and hope to see great games with deeper plots.
..because of these fictional news instead of facts. That's a shame but I find these entertaining anyway.
It's a good thing Sony didn't blow it with the BD quality. PS3 is expensive but it seems to be of high quality.
