Or the person hardly played it. What kind of a review is that? A few paragraphs of swearing and nothing about the game's graphics, sounds, missions, characters.. all the things I expect from a rewiew. I'd call that an opinion instead of a review.
Consumers should have both formats available to choose from. This BR / HD-DVD camp thing is just crap.
Green you have met one of your kind then ;)
I assume I need not tell you what "kind" I'm talking about.
WOW, I've been looking for a third person shooter and finally there is one coming!
Sorry for the sarcasm.... you might guess my thoughts about 3rd person shooters by now. There are just too many.
A fanboy hears news and waits for the opposite fanboy response trying to anticipate that. The he writes about it. How small minded can you be?
Grow up child, none of us is part of any "camp". We're just consumers and they are companies. We just gotta hope the competition ends up as an advantage to us and not as money to their pockets.
Bioshock is truly an amazing game, gotta give it the fullest credits. But my comment and the whole article are only opinions therefore to be treated as such (and not to be debated... false hope I suppose).
What if you could access the GT5 online race tracks from Home? Literally walk in as a spectator and watch the race. There could also be big online competitions and even racing seasons with regular practises, warmups and competitions. Just as in real life.
Then I woke up... damn.
edit: 1080p @ 60fps? Those guys can do their coding.
But Microsoft will not tolerate any GameSpys or other third party products messing with their systems. MS is known to support poorly any cross platform functionality, it's mostly been everyone else following MS because of their dominant position in many areas.
You're absolutely correct... and guess what, I think you could be the perfect person to tell them just that! I'm sure they could you a visionary like you there. The company's revenue is equivalent to a small country so how could they afford to analyze the real situation with skilled people?
Rockstar as a company costs so much that I can't even imagine... but interesting to see more official quotes after that rumour.
Sorry if I'm being impolite but that sounds like damage control to me.
but how exiting can the screenshots of a karaoke game be? :)
You're suggesting that environments are created dynamically? Sure that's possible but coders aren't very good artists.
A big process of making such a game is when artists create the environment and make it look real. They store it in vector format with texture maps etc.
But it becomes a huge process if it would be done dynamically. You'd have to include the artists' creations into the dynamic creation process. Modeling and implementing it would be a real pain i...
A perfect successor for System Shock. Bravo!
That "check" thing made me smile :) I'm a strange person anyway...
strange personality: check
my post out of topic: check
more bubbles for me: failed
They are professionals and I'm pretty sure they've checked this with Microsoft before announcing anything - unless their contract allows delays.
If the delay option is in the contract then the extra content is bound to the release date and is 4-5 months after release.
I'd say normal reasoning with optimism.
OK it's over. The previous guy said it and we trust him 101%. Now go on everyone, nothing to see here anymore.
Don't know whether you're sarcastic but you can do it already. Just buy a cheap USB DVB adapter and go for it.
My thoughts exactly. I find no other explanation than simple juvenile mind that wants to be on some side imagining of "fighting for a cause" even if it is totally irrelevant to anything he/she does in real life.
