how could they have overlooked such a ragged pixelation? simple answer, they didn't. if nobody had complained about it they would have happily released the game with the horrible pixellation still intact.
the colours look washed out, the image doesn't look solid and there is blatant pixelation.
awful
'amazing ground textures' .. just think about that for a second... its sad that its come to the point when the best thing you can say about a game is the 'amazing ground textures,' even making a story about it.
ps3 is STILL too expensive. sony seems to think its clever to release bundle after bundle.
forever fiddling with the hard drive is not winning any customers, just creating confusion and anger amongst users who already have the machine and also potential buyers.
stopping all this nonsense and simply lowering the price is the only attractive solution.
it looks fake. what an annoying video too
i'm completely unimpressed by sony this generation.. what's happened to them?
its interesting that people always slated nintendo for being the last to enter the 'online arena,' but now they are seen as the ones pioneering the transition to online purchasing of video games in the console market.
personally, i have never doubted nintendo, i think its all about timing. they have been cautious but its obvious now that they have confidence in the online side of the market.
i think the key thing that nintendo have brought to the online market is a...
i was thinking a more distinctive redesign but the ds lite is great already. as long as they provide the function to download gb advance games i will buy this
this is more like it. looks very promising
in wipeout you come to a grinding halt if you even as much as scrape the side. its all style and no substance. wipeout is 'cooler.'
F zero is the better game. it is more fun and more playable. it doesn't take itself super seriously like wipeout does and end up dull.
You have to have a lot of skill and patience to beat f zero on the hardest cups... it is incredibly challenging. Wipeout is only challenging because of bad design.
don't tell me this is what n4g is going to be reduced to over the next few months, dozens and dozens of posts of user created levels on Little big planet.
sounds very interesting
what about resident evil 5? port that. move forward. make something new please.
Am i right? of course i am. Its the only reason why you are all defending bluray like it's your child. Nobody dare say anything negative against it.
Bluray isn't the major step forward most people are claiming, merely a minor improvement on technology that already exists. Dvd did actually change the way we viewed a movie. Menus, music videos, deleted scenes, bonus material, different sound settings etc..
Nothing new with bluray. more of the same. Just my honest op...
I have a hdtv and i have a surround sound system but i still don't feel the need to buy a bluray player. Why would somebody who has neither of those things want one?
i think the average consumer doesn't see the point in bluray. There is nothing drastically different between dvd and bluray.
Ok you can enjoy a better sound experience and watch a movie with an improved picture quality. But, to make the most of those features you need a hdtv and a surround sound/theatre system.
I agree it seems to be aimed at the enthusiast but i think the average consumer is being alienated. I really don't think everybody has surround sound or even ...
I think bluray is such an unnecissary technology. As a medium for storing games on or other software its fine. But expecting people to re-invest in movies all over again just because of a higher resolution is ridiculous. The world doesn't need blu ray.
Blu ray doesn't offer anything truly new. It's not like the jump from video cassettes to dvd
Just sounds like a load of excuses to me.
They make that table tennis game and bully but decide to avoid making the obvious big crowd pleaser? Where's the logic in that?
...And then they make an exclusive gta for the ds... Isn't it sega that normally makes bad decisions like these.
and let me decide if it feels natural or not.
Publicity Stunt
.. does it really matter? no it doesn't. after all, ps3 and 360 fans are used to their systems being altered every 3 months.
we should be thankful nintendo don't have 8 different versions of the same console on the market. If it ever gets to that point with nintendo, i will gladly wash my hands of the video games industry (again.)
as far as i'm concerned, although ps3 and 360 have the most advanced technology, the approach to the games on the system is still two gen...
