Only hardcore gamers would have purchased the wii at launch, ignoring the doom predictions that were made about the system.
In music, a hardcore music fan isnt somebody who listens to music containing the most explicit lyrics or the music produced using the latest technology. So i really dont understand the gamers logic. Most ps3 and 360 users dont appreciate the wii or anything it has to offer, thats not hardcore, thats ignorance.

The wii isn't a party system, or a system for kids, mothers, grandmothers, casuals or any of the other typical stereotypical responces these bs topics inspire. The wii is just a games system like all the other consoles. So what the wii has party games, the entire library isn't made up of party games.

I played a bit of Mario 64 yesterday and it is actually magical, timeless. If Nintendo had capitalised on Mario 64's success and decided to Make Mario 64 2 on the N64, i don't think it would have had the same affect. It would have taken away from the brilliance of the original.

The thought of playing through mario galaxy again (as this is just the same again) makes me feel a bit sick. I can't be bothered with this game.
I hope they release a limited/collectors edition, i might pick it up then, just for the collection.And maybe play it when im bored... really bored.
