skyward swords style sucks, bottom line. its ok though, eat beans on toast all your life because you have great memories of it as a kid. its ok, pretend that there aren't more sophisticated dishes to be enjoyed. maybe you just dont have the level of taste required to appreciate anything with more depth than beans on ...

The more i think about it the more i just think miyamoto has been taking the safe route, instead of producing something new and challenging, both for himself, and us. miyamoto being mature is wii fit (blank face). that is the only game i can think of...

i would say a serious gamer is similar to somebody who has a real interest in film. somebody who knows the difference between popcorn fodder and something that is really interesting, original, creative etc... So yes, you could say a serious gamer is one who's tastes in games is very selective, or developed through experience. so a serious gamer will be critical of games -not just eating up every 'big name game...
