that mine cart stage with the 'rolling camera' was the most horrendous thing i have EVER seen. it was beyond hilarious, it was tragic!

everybody and their dig has 'the' opinion on this game. i have quickly scanned over a few of these reviews but i think i'l just play the game and make my own judgement.
after i play the game i will report back. i have a knack for what is actually quality, and what is merely shit, so watch out for my verdict - it is the only one that counts.

it seems this game has serious flaws that are unavoidable even to fans.. i will still buy it, just because it 'looks' so good, but i am disappointed with the response it has evoked so far.
yes, but he named crashed bandicoot, suggesting that it plays in a similar way... it sounds so silly for a metroid game to play like crash bandicoot.
if he had said it has a third person camera behind the character like no more heroes... it wouldnt have bothered me. its just the crash bandicoot bit
the reviewer mentioned that the majority of the game was played from a 'crash bandicoot perspective' with the camera behind samus... this idea terrifies me. it doesnt sound good
the reviewer pointed out a glitch in most poorly made games- when you get stuck and have no way back, the only way to can get out of the situation is by resetting.
i find games that rely on the player resetting or using 'tactical saving' to be totally shit! i really hope this isnt one of these games. i must say, i have not played one nintendo game where this has been the case, so if this metroid breaks that tradition it will be a sad day.

but i dont have the particular 'wifi' connection needed to use the wii online service. nintendo (and every other company) should make their games more accessible, not exclude players from enjoyment just because they can't get the required connection to their network.
