Sony will likely release a console with an offset, but will reduce the financial risks when doing so, and will likely not release another $600 machine as the PS3 wasn't well received at launch. This could mean a machine with much smaller chipsets that punch out very nice visuals at 1080P 60FPS.

CoD was never my kind of series period. I could never really get into it. A lot of my friends really enjoy it, but I could never lose myself to it.
In my opinion Uncharted doesn't have the best campaigns. As a matter of fact the series to me is just a linear cookie cutter third person shooter. Not everyone is aware the existence of the Uncharted series, and not every gamer that does know about Uncharted think it is the best. You're not speaking for everyone.
Waiting for about a year before buying this game when it is patched enough to achieve playable status. No way in hell I am buying a beta version. The game looks really enjoyable though. Open world games are my thing.

I myself used to be a console gamer but all the console fantards and their rock-equivalent intelligence drove me away to PC gaming. The idiots really soured the taste of the "superior PS3" and I just ended up building my own robust gaming rig and I never look back. It feels good to be able to enjoy the unending freedom with mod support and playing online with a mature community.
Piracy is not virtually nonexistent on the inferior PS3, and it'll only get rampant like the PSP, then the console will turn into a patchfest and "piracy killed the PS3" excuses will rise.
