CDPR are one of the few "old school" devs in the industry right now. Them being bought out by any major publisher is a huge blow.

What are you even trying to get at? If the 360 is anything to judge by then this update will be a really great improvement. Are you just salty because Xbox One is getting a huge overhaul and PS4 is not? I normally don't respond to this blather but you are literally so pessimistic on something Microsoft excels at, software.
I didn't mind the Blades but I do think the 360 NXE improved it vastly. Anytime I see a video with the Blades in it the nostalgia from the Halo 3 release window takes over. The early 360 days were amazing. I'd love to relive the old community of then
Really excited for the NXE. I remember in 2008 for the 360 they overhauled everything from the "Blades UI" and I loved that. This update looks way better and cleaner than the current layout.
Haven't played MGSV yet but The Witcher 3 was the first game in a long time to fully immerse me in the world so much where you had to pry me from the controller. It's the first game in a while I can say without a doubt it's a straight 10 out of 10. I loved The Witcher 2 but TW3 is just something special in gaming that we don't see often and along with CDPR's positive moral compass it just boosts my opinion of The Witcher even more. It'll be a while until I have a solid...
I dont think this game looks bad, I just don't think it differs from Battlefield as much as it should. Of course I think Halo 5 is leaps and bounds better but that's my own personal opinion and is very subjective. I'm not really into these type of shooters anymore but if I had to choose between Battlefront or BO3 I'd get Battlefront twice before I get CoD.

I don't even want to hear Advanced Warfare and CoD 4 in the same sentence. That's disrespectful to CoD 4. I personally really didn't like the BO3 beta but with that said it's far better than AW. AW aside from Ghosts was probably the worst CoD to date.
I completely forgot about this game but I was really intrigued by the whole premise. I think if this game delivers on its promise it could be a huge hit.

I'm most likely going to switch off between Halo 5 and Fallout 4 and every now and again do The Witcher 3 expansions and Gears UE with my buddies on the weekends. Halo 5 and Fallout 4 pack enough content where I don't need to buy another game for awhile.
I'm not that interested but the game sure is ambitious. I hope it can land all it's promise.
If it was the same Valve from 2004-2007 it would've worked out that way. Steam is a fantastic service but it's the reason Valve doesn't make games anymore since they make more money off Steam than any game they would make.
Yeah because real gamers try to be "cool". I personally think if you're into gaming as much as a lot of you here on N4G are then I think you're cool but that's subjective anyway.
