Isn't it obvious why America gets these type of services first? Even though Europe has a much larger population (and MANY more potential consumers), it is filled with different countries speaking different languages, each with their own copyright and download laws. That is a hell of a lot of red tape for Sony to work through. America has 300 million potential customers speaking one language in a country with convenient download laws. It aint fair, but its just the way it is.

give gamers a bad name. I mean, he is probably a smart, nice kid, but making detailed weapons from Halo? This is the embodiment of nerd. Oh well, as long as he is happy.
He needs a girlfriend.
is looking surprisingly interesting. I have like what i have seen so far.
The 360 is a great system, but choosing to play it, my PS3, or Wii, it is often left out. When friends are over, especially girls, we play Wii.On my own, i prefer the PS3. It really does feel that the 360 is trying to be something in-between.
The best point of the article was that, in trying to appeal to the nintendo fanbase, Xbox is letting Sony grab the attnetion of the hardcore market, which is exactly the market famous for supporting the 360. Being everything to everyone...
I'm very excited to see the final result. This title has jumped to the top of my list to keep an eye on.
OH, 360 Man, if you wanna start an argument over resolution, do it in the open zone. Try and keep things classy and respectful here in the gamer zone.
... but'm picking this up for Sony's system. Better textures, better anti-aliasing, better load times, and free online play. The conclusion they make, i.e. what system will your friends be playing on, is irrelevant because I have friends playing on both systems. I simply want the optimal version.
what I expected to happen. It is no surprise to me at all that the PS3 is gaining speed. It is also no surprise that Sony's console is now Outselling Msoft's from month to month.
The 360 has lots to offer and is a great system (I have all 3 in my house, PS3, Wii, 360), but it just doesn't have what the PS3 does in the long run.
What system do I use to browse the internet? PS3.
What system do I watch highdef movies on? PS3.
What system do I play ...
Haze is looking awesome. I love Korn, even though this is not their best work.
I am buying this game.
I have all three systems at my house, Wii, 360, and PS3. I love all three. But honestly, which system plainly has the most potential? PS3 hands down. I play Call of Duty 4, Motorstorm, Warhawk, Resistance, Condemned 2, and Burnout Paradise online for FREE. I have a growing collection of Blu-ray movies that I cannot watch on my 360 or Wii.
My 60 gig PS3 has 3 times the HDD space of the 360, and is upgradeable. In fact, I can get a 300+ gig HDD for the PS3 for under $100 buc...
gonna get this one
It just really seems to be coming together nicely. An intelligent shooter. Wow. Who would complain about that? Especially with no in game loading and so many multiplayer options.
I'm not a Metal Gear Solid fan or Grand theft auto, so I won't be picking either of those titles up. Thank god Haze is there to tide me over until Resistance 2, Motorstorm 2, Killzone 2, and Little Big Planet hit the shelves.
Haze has really developed nicely and I am intrigued by its story, especially now that they are revealing that there is some kine or moral secret embeded in the storyline. The visuals look above average from what I have seen and the delays in release seem...
but I could only imagine to ever be so incredibly good looking in real life. To my eternal shame, thats just not the real me.
Back to Haze, this preview is actually pretty informative. They really did pick the worst possible portion to be displayed here on N4G. This has moved from a probable purchase for me to an almost guaranteed.
is sounding like a purchase for me. Although this may sound like sacralige, I am not going to buy either GTA 4 or MGS 4. I am not a fan of either series and so I am looking for something else to tide me over till Resistance 2, Motorstorm 2, Killzone 2, and Little Big Planet. Haze is the best contender for that. It seems to be well made and even have a good storyline.
I really have my hopes up for this one. I am looking forward to some full reviews from some trusted sites. ...
The arguments made were fantastic and really seemed logical. Internet speed here in the U.S. is ridiculously slow. High Def downloads are huge. Why would I want to pay out the wazzoo to get a 1,000 gig HDD installed in my computer, just so I can waste hours tying up my computer at home trying to download a 720p, 5.1 sound movie? I would much rather pick up a twenty dollar Blu-ray off Amazon (Blu-ray titles are so cheap there, check it out) and watch it in 1080p, 7.1.

is looking good. I am actually quite excited for this game. I look forward to a thinking, moral 1st person shooter. COD4 is great, but the question of morality doesn' really enter.
...for this game. I've had my eye on it for months, and after going up and down on my want list, this one is now sitting very near the top. I have been following the development progress and reading the reports at free radical and this has really turned into a tightly made title.
The Best Part: After the initial load when you put the disk in the PS3 there is no more loading for the rest of the game. It runs smooth with no stops to wait for. 4 player coop, 18 player death ...
...am I gonna afford Haze, MGS4, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Little Big Planet, and now Motorstorm 2? I know, I'll just eat less. Food vs. Games = games every time.
That's really all I can say. The adoption of Blu-ray is steadily becoming universal on all fronts and we, as consumers, can only reap the benefits of having a standard format across videogames, movies, and computers.
he is right. The following basically sums it up. Sony's console is OBVIOUSLY a better deal. "At $349, with a 60GB hard drive, we just don't think it is a compelling product compared with the PS3 at $399 with an 80GB HDD (along with more processing horsepower, Blu-ray, Wifi, HDMI, and going forward, more exclusive content."
For real, with built in Blu-ray, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, and a better Christmas lineup, why would I buy a 360 instead of a PS3?
