EA happened.
I just picked this up yesterday.
Having blast with it so far having just caught the library ghost. It’s a very well written game, funny and a bit spooky at times as well.
First contact wars perhaps?
Buying BC would be a smart move for Microsoft.
PGR is Bizarre’s baby and in my opinion nobody could do it better.
I also remember reading a comment on another site suggesting giving them Crackdown. I don’t know if that’s the sort of project BC would be attracted to, but I really like the sound of it.
Microsoft would probably pick them up for a song
The article is not about baseball games.
It’s about the possibility of using Kinect as an affordable motion capture camera for biomechanics in sports rehabilitation and improving the technique of athletes.
A solid score for what looks like a fun little racer.
Lets hope the rest of Kinect's line up can come up to the mark.
Looks fine to me.
Lets see some reveiws.
And me unfortunately.
I will look into getting one late next year.
You are correct.
I was always interested in the tech and was hoping for the best, but most of my concerns have been placated because of that 1hr demo.
So hardware wise I believe that Kinect will deliver. On the software side however? I still need to be convinced in regards to the launch line up.
Your shape fitness and Dance Central will be the top of the pile as far as reviews go. (7’s & 8’s) Kinect sports, Adventures, Sonic Riders will settle somewhere in the middle (5 ...
I have long had a soft spot for Rare and only want the best for them. But I wonder if it would have been better to promote someone from within the studio itself instead of bringing out an outsider. I wonder how the senior developers at Rare feel about this?
However some would argue that new blood is exactly what Rare need.
Whatever happens I hope that Kinect Sports proves to be a success for them.
"Ultimately, these are all grand in single player, but the mini-games become much more dynamic and fun when done in multiplayer. Seriously, I had a blast running through Reflex Ridge against Hamza Aziz, and jostling with friends while leaping about is surprisingly fun. Multiplayer can be done local or online, and drop-in play is as simple as walking in front of the camera, with Kinect recognizing player's faces and applying the correct avatar".

It would seem from this preview at least, that Kinect Adventures is running smoothly and more importantly is fun.
I thought that Adventures was one of the weakest titles available for the Kinect launch, but this has made me think twice. The article had hardly a negative thing to say. Also interesting to note that there was no mention of any lag or unresponsiveness.
I'm keeping an eye on this.
Looks like a fun pick up and play arcade racer.
Very nice comment.
+ bubble.
I have not seen any reviews for Kinect yet.
Seen plenty of previews and interviews though. But not one review.
All joking aside. Kinectamals is one Kinect title I see doing very well.
Don't underestimate the market Microsoft are appealing to here. Money will be made.
Interactive educational software for preschoolers. Classic Disney characters teaching little ones numeracy and literacy with Kinect.
Something like that would upset the typical gamer, but as a parent myself ,I could see that selling very well.
No.
Reach was released only last week for god’s sake!
Look I'm not some blind fanboy with an agenda. I just don't see sense in any of this. Why some of you people put yourselves through all this BS just so you can feel good about a games console is beyond me.
I enjoy robust debate and speculation as much as the next guy but c’mon. Even you would have to admit it gets old pretty quick doesn’t it?
I have a newsflash for...
No disrespect to Uncharted, but The Elder Scrolls V is a much bigger deal.
