Best Mid-Range product for PC gamers i believe?
Same specs as 670, just lower clock speeds and vram but overall a nice product for 1080P gaming.
As Multiplayer games get repetitive (COD,Halo,MOHA), the market for Single player games would again rise.
Currently the gaming industry needs new single player only ip's. Co-Op is a nice feature but look at ME3's multiplayer.
The game attracted alot of casuals, people which never even played the previous parts and kept whining about the ending.
@Leo
One uses 1536 Cores and the other uses 2048 Stream processors.
Different architectures yield different results.
In that way i can say that AMD uses more cores than NVIDIA to maintain better performance? Would that sound right?
Talking about clock speeds, NVIDIA GTX 580 had 772MHz clock speed and AMD's counterpart HD 6970 was clocked at 880MHz yet it still was slower.
Hell Yeah! Look at the charts for yourself:

$23.6 Billion worth PC hardware sold in 2012, It was $22 Billion in 2011. Total sales would reach beyond $150 Billion by this years end and look at the declining console market which isn't gonna turn up until next gen is released.
Crysis 3 was shown on the consoles, Controls were from Xbox as seen in the gameplay vid when Prophet fired that arrow towards the heli.
MOHA:WF was running on the PC, Saw the HAF X (NVIDIA version) laying near the booth myself. It was a awesome sight to see PC there. :)
Burn Baby Burn! Im really happy to see Meet the Pyro, its entertaining.
My love for TF2 would last forever, Supreme Hat empire, Best FPS Multiplayer on the PC. :)
I hate Ubisoft no matter what they deliver, May it be AC3/Watch Dogs/FarCry 3, My hate for the company hits the floor.
They always release downscaled versions for the PC after huge delays compared to the consoles releases then their horrid DRM.
I see you still don't understood the ending. The fleets escaped the scene before the beam had reached the mass relays.
Listen to what Admiral Hackett says on the com:
"All fleets rendezvous to the extraction point"
That probably meant the charon relay which was a getaway from Sol system.
Over the original endings, that's alot of effort put in those cutscenes.
I just had a look at the endings on a friends Xbox and what i saw was actually too damn good.
Im one of those who understood and liked the original ending well but the new ones have truly redeemed the status of Mass Effect of it being on of the best Sci-Fi Trilogy ever made.
Currently downloading them on PC so i can get to play them and learn about the extra cutscenes. All in one, the cutscenes have given a future to the Mass Effect Universe.
These Asian vendors are churning up some really fancy GPU's.
All colorful's iGame Kudan series cards look beast, Colorfire's XStorm series AMD cards are awesome too.
PowerColor on the other hand has also produced their own monstrosity in the form of iDevil 13 and DemonG's newly released watercooled series of NVIDIA cards.
They would cost alot but the satisfaction while holding one of these and equipping one inside your rig, d...
First of all his topic is about PC Hardware, Not PS3/PS4. I won't be judging its performance to current gen PC hardware since its specifications have not yet been revealed so better keep consoles out of this news.
@segamon Previous NVIDIA cards were expensive and its a fact however with the current series, NVIDIA have done some adjustments.
AMD 7970's official price was set at $549 while Kepler GTX 680 was slated at $499. HD7950 was $449 while GTX 670...
Hope they bring Uncharted: Golden Abyss to the PS3.
@NYC Ofcourse! It can run on current hardware and by that i meant PC specifically.
AMD card's run Unreal Engine as good as NVIDIA minus the PhysX although NVIDIA is the preferred choice for Unreal Engine.
What else did you expected it to run on?
Didn't Epic themselves said that there's no current platform "Beyond PC" which can currently run UE4?
Single Kepler or SLI'd Fermi's, PC is capable enough to run it with ease.
I don't know why you got the dislikes but i'd advice every Doom fan who have yet to play or replaying Doom 3 to get that mod on the PC.
@ieatbabies You don't need a high end PC to run Doom3.
Im damn sure that even a re-mastered edition would easily run on 90% of current day's mid-end PC's.
Had finished the game multiple times with Wulfen Texture Pack and Sikk Mod ages ago.
Let's see if they re-master it any better than this. Look at the related images to see the screenshots:
With the 600 Series they sure are giving AMD a hard time.
