I really wouldn't worry about Foxtrot, he has been on every Quantum Break article complaining about the game. I'm pretty sure his mom wouldn't buy him an Xbox One so now he's angry that other people get to play a game he can't play.
I was more talking about how they are so different, most reviews typically land in the same ballpark but here we're seeing perfect scores then 40% scores. Just seems odd that the same experience can cause just a hugely different opinion. Thanks for the overly sarcastic reply though, maturity levels through the roof for Internet tough guys. :D
Pretty crazy, these reviews seem to be all over the place. Seeing a lot of 9/10s and a lot of really middling scores as well. I'm still gonna pick it up and check it out because I like Remedy and I REALLY liked Alan Wake.

It's simply a thing that is at the discretion of the game's developer and the publisher. Grand Theft Auto 5 had an embargo the day before release and it was both universally praised and is the fastest selling game ever. An embargo can of course sometimes mean that a company is not confident in a product, but it doesn't always mean that.

This author is bitching about how the game isn't scary, when Doom 3 was released all people talked about was how it was trying to be a horror game and wasn't Doom. What do you want? Game isn't even out yet and people are mad about ANYTHING, give it a chance at least before you start throwing around criticisms.
