"According to one reviewer out of the nearly 40 reviews out, this guy said a thing".
I keep seeing this argument everywhere. Games made in the early 2000s were far easier, and less expensive to make than games made now. Technology has advanced significantly and there is much more detail in basically everything in the game. Hence why we are seeing less in games than we used to during the PS2 days. It's a bad argument.
Can we re-title this article "Author Uses Depressed Person's Suicide and Turn it Into a Hitpiece"?
Glad there are other people in the gaming community that are as fed up with Kuchera and Polygon as I am. Thanks for saying what we're all thinking so eloquently.
@XBLSkull If you are only to Father G you've basically made it slightly past the title screen. The game is supposed to be difficult, and it's not meant to be for everyone. It's for people who enjoy a challenge, not for people who want rewards handed to them.
Well, except for their continued development of Dota 2, Counter Strike Global Offensive, and any projects we don't know about of course.
I have all three because I want to play EVERY "good" game that comes out, and in order to do so you need all platforms...in my opinion.
This was meant to be a joke, but...we're on N4G so fanboy out I suppose.
It's like they know it's going to be broken when it's released so they want to give you a discount early. (This has nothing to do with it being a Rainbow Six game and more to do with the fact that it's an Ubisoft game).
Well Xenoblade isn't on that list and that is probably the hardest game to find at a decent price and the one most people want so....
Polygon legitimately did get like 750k from Microsoft to fund the documentary they made themselves about themselves though. https://archive.today/Yfmti
The Witcher 3 actually got delayed until May.
"Shut up you nerd" is all I had to read from you to realize you're an absolute moron, congrats.
Translation: that game looks good but my mommy won't buy me a Playstation 4.
I'm guessing the author was one of those people that didn't take time with The Witcher 2's combat system and just hated it from the outset. I've played dozens of hours of that game and really enjoy the combat, I'm really hoping The Witcher 3 has a similar system.
From what I've heard from people like Brad Shoemaker (from Giantbomb) on the Bombcast that game was actually a Batman Arkham game before they started development over and decided to use the system for a Lord of the Rings game.
Never knew I wanted or...still don't want?
Worst game *ever*? That sounds a bit dramatic.
Because remaking FF7 makes WAY too much sense for a company that's being run in to the ground so well.
normally never, ever port JUST ONCE for any reason* ftfy :P
