A lot of that part of the argument involved the PS4 being cheaper than the Xbox One.
Scorpio will not be cheaper than the PS4 or (most likely) PS4 Pro. Not to mention the exclusive software PlayStation has built up since launch is very lopsided compared to the Xbox, that is going to make a huge difference.
Horizon Zero Dawn has been scoring great in mock reviews. Shinobi602 has said that a few times on NeoGAF.
Also GG's Track record is pretty good overall.

Yes, some people have PC's much more powerful than any console (it's not hard for me to admit that). But, that number is so low, it's not even funny and it is the reason you guys react the way you do. If that number was even 40% you guys would have a completely different tune. Let's be real.
