that sounds like a disc drive problem imo
not to take anything away from it but the article is playing up the "hand painted" thing a little too much
these billboards are just giant paint by number sets, they don't take any artistic ability
as long as the painters aren't color blind it will always come out okay
i'm going to go out on a limb and say that real sex is better
actually it works all the time, you goto your recent players list and hit X to invite all you need is one person and you were in business
matchmaking is working smooth for me now, before i was only having trouble with 4 player parties I had no problem getting in games alone
people just want the randomness that was gears 1 for some reason, i'm not sure why
gears 2 is a much more stable game play wise than the first, people just haven't figured out that you actually have to plan an attack now otherwise you'll get burned
my only complaints are this:
-chainsaw duels are dodgy...i actually had a draw with a player who wasn't playing so that leads me to believe they may not be as straightforward as one thinks

now will you be able to re-earn the trophies and reconvert?
if so i see major exploitation of games that have easy trophies, just a bunch of people grinding to have cooler stuff than their friends
i really don't care for the look of this game honestly, sometimes to me it looks liek the art style is only half there and it doesn't always flow well throughout the whole enviroment and the characters stick out like sore thumbs
not saying anything bad about the game though, i just don't care for the style
ms isn't unjustly bringing down the hammer, they are justifiably doing so and this guy lied to make them look bad because he got caught
he was downloading game saves and using them to boost his gamerscore which is incredibly easy for ms to detect
somebody getting a score reset isn't a common occurrence and it is never done without a bevvy of evidence
he lied about everything just to get attention and now he is selling cheating gear(save transfer kits) on...
the dreamcast ufc game was awesome, the ps2 games were weak
this looks like it could be cool, i really hope this turns out well because i really want to relive the fun I had with dreamcast ufc

i don't think it is the games that are addictive, it is more of a personality disorder
people play the game striving for perfection and to be the most powerful and they can't stop feeding their own ego
i think videogame addiction is a sham, the problem has more to do with a persons obsessive behavior and games are an accessible outlet

rrod happens it is a fact, but what can you do? if it happens they fix it and thats really it
my 360 has rrod 2 times and it has been replaced for free both times no questions asked
my ps2 bricked on me a few months after launch and they charged me to fix it, it came back and was dead again within 6 months and they wanted to charge...
