This is typical marketing talk when your system is failing. Nintendo does it all the time. When the original Wii was huge. Reggie was proud to tell us how and why they were beating the competition (360/PS3) When the Wii U is flopping it was, Nintendo is not competing with MS or Sony. Sure, Reggie. Whatever you say.
Now the Xbox One is lagging behind PS4. What do you say? You look around to see what system is doing worse than yours and wouldn't you know it. You're comp...
@Ravenor What are you talking about? All I'm saying is some people don't wanna lose their huge digital game collection that can only be played on that particular console.
Because they have a huge digital collection of Xbox 360 games that they paid a lot of money for and won't see ever again if they sell the system. Don't give this compatible crap on Xbox One thing either. You and everyone else knows when it's all said and done. The majority of 360 games will end up not coming on Xbox One. It's just a fact.
The way I see this latest VR craze playing out is rather simple, the hype surrounding the devices will hit a fever pitch before launch and then those of us who are tech- and gaming-obsessed will buy the headsets. We’ll like the concept for a while, but soon, the novelty will wear off and we’ll be left with little more than a headset that cuts us off from the real world and leaves us wishing for more content.
We might also discover that many of the games deliver a gimmicky fee...
Kinect came and went. You can sell a lot of turds to gullible morons. It doesn't mean that turd is successful with it's audience or relevant. Successful would be if we were all still using it today as a normal way of gaming.
Name a console peripheral that was widely regarded as successful???
Sony Move = nope
Sony Eye Camera = nope
Xbox Kinetic = nope
Nintendo LightGun = nope
Other than gamepads/joysticks, there haven't been many successes... so with that said, what makes you all think that Playstation VR will be any different.
I had no idea. Crap!
Damn and I've yet to play this game. The thing is I only buy digital. I stopped buying physical copies years ago. Digital games like this stay expensive much longer than physical copies which can be sold used. I can't afford it I'm on a tight budget. I'm bad at owning physical copies too. I have this compulsion to sell them before finishing them. Where digital prevents that from happening.
It is? I've always ignored Sony's portable systems.
I had no idea any Trials game was even on PS4. The Trials series has never been on a Sony console before. Interesting.
Some saw the writing on the wall and left early. Things like this have happened before. Adam Sessler for example left G4TV a year before it went under. He knew what was coming. Kyle Bosman here though stayed until the end and went down with the ship. Bravo.
No one wants to hear this right now. We paid a lot of money for current gen consoles. They're still fairly new in their life cycle and you're schilling PS5? Just give us good games for the current gen systems!
I have a long list, Money cheaters. Everything is too expensive. Work your butt off for hours to make 5000 dollars. Chump change in GTA online. People fooling around during heist missions. Confusing menus. Nothing is well organized. Everything is hidden. For example they announce new add-on content. Rather than make it obvious. It's buried in the options.
Nothing, as long as fools keep playing GTA online and making Rockstar game richer.
Hopefully a free Xbox Live Gold game in March!
I hate it. It wasn't always like this.
I'm tempted to buy Dark Souls II on PS3. I've never played it, but what's the point of playing a game these days if you can't live stream it or record footage? I don't have a video capture device either. I'd rather get it on PS4, but it cost more. My budget is 10 bucks, lol.
SSX Tricky and SSX 3 on PS4 and will call it day :)
Meanwhile Konami teases lawsuit, lol
I have both and sold nothing. It's better to have the best of both worlds. You never know what will be announced for either console down the road.
