The system like every game system before it will sell the most at Christmas
PlayStation VR still has supply issues and it's been on the market longer than the Switch. This is more embarrassing for Sony.
I think Nintendo might buy up DeNA. As for Disney buying Nintendo, nah it won't happen. Disney would probably buy EA as they already have a working relationship with them and there is very little cultural divide between the 2 companies.
Indies and PR don't mix well at the best of times.
The 3DS is being kept on the market to cater to younger players at a lower price point. The system is in its twilight years for sure but Nintendo are in no rush to stop supporting it. It makes them a lot of money and therefore they can take risks/experiment with games and it's cheaper to manufacture, develop games for and ship around the world. Most important though with the recent release of Pokemon Sun and Moon Nintendo see there is still an audience on the system to cater for.

Maybe we should wait for E3 no?
Console market down 2.5% from 2015. This is bad news for the games industry. Well done Sony, the PS4 has dominated the year and generation but it's failed to grow the market which paints a negative picture for the console industry.
They need to branch out and get people who don't normally buy these systems to do so to help create a positive future for the market. Releasing small incremental hardware updates only targets existing customers. MS, Sony and Nintendo need to get th...
Just cant take the heat.
I'll get my coat
Zelda has a much harder sell than zero because if most people want to play it they need to buy either a WiiU or a Switch.
The dedicated games hardware market isn't bigger it's in decline.
Good to hear it! More games = win for customers. Fair play to Fabrice Condominas too for not bashing the Switch unlike that other idiot who worked on Titan Fall 2
It doesn't feel rushed
Did you read the article?
I'm not saying the PS4 won't hit 100 million but the article interestingly talks about how the 2nd 50 million systems are much harder to get sold through than the first. Its a good informative read.
@superchiller look at Nintendo as a company compared to Sony & MS.
1) They are coming to market with hardware which is cheaper to what Sony & MS offered when they launched.
2) They will profit on every system sold and invest that profit back into the games industry (game development, jobs, services etc..)
3) They currently operate exclusively within the games industry unlike Sony & MS.
I don't think Nintendo are greedy, they're...
Ultimately no it didn't but initially launching the Wii with a Zelda title for hardcore gamers and shipping Wii Sports free was a master stoke. It covered every base straight out the gate.

I'll just leave this here...
I never said they were bring Resident Evil 7 to Switch maybe if you actually read my comment your reply would have been so aggressively negative towards me.
I can assure you I am not holding out hope for Resident evil on Switch not that your in any position to tell me who I am or what I do considering you don't know me at all.
Is that 15% quoted from Square Enix?
Hmm I cant help but feel Microsoft and Platinum's relationship isn't great at the minute considering Scalebound was cancelled after failing to meet deadlines even though it was 4 years into development. That has been a big blow in MS lineup.
Japan's console market is a fraction of its former self.
I'll plus one that
