It really seems that more Sony exclusives are going for the slow paced narrative driven Druckmann games. Fighting 2 enemies in God of war? Turning the combat into one giant quick time event? Naughty Dog is going to ruin Sony. Some of us actually like to play games, not watch "interactive" cutscenes. And don't get me started on resident evil... I guess the good news is that gow3 and re4 will be 20 bucks.

Wow how do you guys feel about the close camera in God of war. I thought it looked great in the Norse setting so it might work with axe combat. Kratos in that world doesn't look as dumb as it sounded. I hope it's not as scripted as the demo though.

That's good. Stay out of it and leave the options open. Having every game compatible on the ps4 and neo is nice but it cuts off the option for focused game development. If a company wants to make a 4K game they should have the option. It's already an option on PC but they are bringing it to the console space.
True. But if you have a 4K HDR tv like I just got then the slim is a no brainer. Stand alone UHD bluray players are going for like 300 bucks. It's a great way to stay competitive until Scorpio.

False. You said yourself, they gave themselves 18 months to adjust while they compete with the slim. They didn't give specifics really, "greatest console of all time". A few jabs here and there. He said he is announcing early so the developers are prepared. Sony will respond if they are smart or the slim will take the hype sales. Even if it's a short teaser like the Scorpio one.

No, it was brilliant. They are forcing sony's hand, the neo will be shown tonight. Microsoft let it be known that the neo is competing with the slim. The Scorpio is on another level.

State of decay is amazing though. The good news is that the 3 other zombie games shown all looked great and unique. State of decay is a simulation survival game, dead rising is the silly arcade game and days gone looks more like what resident evil 7 should have been.
