Currently Xbox Play Anywhere has been confirmed for all MS published games and they're working with third party publishers to get it working with other games.
But the only way you'd be able to play this on PC is streaming from your X1 on your W10 PC.
Didn't QB already prove this sales tactic works even when they keep it off Steam. But no death of a console because it's not like the majority of AAA initial sales are on Xbox and they'll just eventually throw Xbox away.

Yes but chances are Cross Play won't be a thing. Much like Gears 4 cross play isn't a thing between W10/X1 for Competitive.
Every video game movie is in a bad spot, but 343i would be the ones watching them like a hawk. Microsofts involvement is limited strictly to organizing the licensing costs.
MS relinquished any creative control, It's showtimes baby now and Spielberg will be putting together the team. It's stuck in pre production means the pilot script (If there has been one) hasn't been good enough for Showtime to greenlight.

Yes 343i will probably have a creative team in the writers room to make sure they don't mess with the canon but not the same writers as Halo 4/5.
First of all Showtimes got much better series then Shameless.. I'm not worried about Showtime falling to pieces but that's what they excel at Prime Drama series.
They don't have any big budget series like TWD or GoT. Showtime has solid series but nothing big.
I'm still anxiously waiting. Showtime hasn't dropped it yet which is good news. They do need a big series, since Showtime has produced some amazing dramas in the past. This is perfect for me. I've got certain games like The DIvision where a lot of my buddies play on both Xbox and PC. So I had to get the PC version over Xbox. If more people could jump on Play Anywhere. It'd solve that problem for me.

The Division has a solid leveling experience mixed with a decent end game that was ruined by the need to do DZ/Falcon Point for good drops, and considering the raids were boring it was not a fun experience.
But that's all fixed in Underground, no need to do DZ for gear.
