While I like the newer engine in MW, and the animations are great; I hate how the game plays. The TTK is awful. The game is campy as all hell, and there's no time to react to getting shot. It is by far the lowest skill BR on the market, even blackout took more skill. Cold War animations look like garbage, but it is significantly more fun to play.
Or just like any FF characters. Kh3 had 0 and for a game that was supposed to be a mash up between FF and Disney, it failed at that pretty drastically.
Mario Odyssey was an amazing game. It could be argued to be a 10 as it is one of the best platformers of the generation. Skyward Sword was probably closer to an 8 imo. Actually, looking at their 10/10 list, Skyward Sword is the only game Nintendo game on that list that isn't at least arguably a 10. I believe every other game on there is definitely worthy.
It took some risks which some paid off some didn’t. I really enjoyed going into it not knowing exactly what was going to happen. I would disagree and say it is a redefining and good game. It has only some bad moments. Most of it was amazing.
I mean they get pretty heavily criticized, I’ve seen tons of articles about Mario 3D all stars being disappointing since they’re basically ports. I agree with that criticism. I love Nintendo, but I’ll be damned if any of the big 3 are flawless. They’re all focused on one thing and that’s money.
One of the greatest Halo campaigns. ODST and Reach were my two favorite campaigns of almost any game.

I'm glad that Xbox can finally compete. It will give Sony a reason to improve themselves and push themselves further than ever. I hope they use really use Bethesda to their full potential though. Seeing what they've done with their other first party studios doesn't make me optimistic. That's why I ended up selling my Xbox One, there wasn't enough incentive to keep it and a PS4. It’s a huge purchase, but hardly a win. It puts them in good competition now, though. Before this acquisition I don’t think Xbox had a leg to stand on. The thing is, if you own a PC and a PS5 you can play everything on Xbox without missing out on the Sony exclusives. I hope MS can pull Bethesda out of the terrible games they’ve made in the past few years. (Fallout 76, elder scrolls blades)
Game pass is amazing! Xbox provided a great service with game pass that I’m glad they’re trying to really push to the next level. However, I don’t feel like Bethesda games are the best example for a good game pass game. In fact, they’re probably the worst example for a game pass game. Bethesda games are those games you want to come back to years later and load up and see your character and get hooked back in.
I know everyone is shocked and now the argument “Xbox has exclusives now” is already being thrown around, but when do you think ES6 is coming? Probably not for a long time. Who are you to decide what “everybody knows”? I for one believe odyssey is better than any Sony exclusive I’ve ever played besides God of War. I’ve played most of the big Sony exclusives.

Exclusives are fine, but this is too far. Games can be exclusive but locking an entire part of the fan base out of a beloved character is bad practice.
