I'm hoping (or expecting) to see some weird cosmic horror/fantasy elements in that game. From what I've seen it definitely seems to be leaning towards the unseen and unexplained.
Yeah, I don't consider not expecting to get ripped off by MTs or otherwise to be ''asking too much''.
In my eyes it's just big publishers testing the waters to see what they can get away with, sadly for them gamers can be quite passionate.
Damn, someone at Polygon mustve really needed those SJW points. Is this like a contest for you guys? See who can pull the most delusional, reality-detached nonsense article out of their ass on a weekly basis?
Edgy.
"How is it that it's perfectly okay and completely acceptable for a man to age and remain cool and for a woman it's seen as a lot more unattractive and uncool?"
Because men age in completely different ways than women. How many times did you get useful life advice from a 60 year old (married) lady? It doesn't happen often, if at all. Whereas men spend most of their lives trying to carve out a path in life, and so have more relevant advice to sha...
Yeah DOA's been around forever, and now suddenly its article after article of ''sexualization this'' ''objectification that''. I've never been into fighting games so I haven't played it, but these journalists are just weak.
Or promoting so called ''slut walks'', where actual women barely wear any clothing.
I bet the people complaining about game titties and promoting these walks are the same too.
This. Very important thing to be aware of. Games are made for fun, if you're not getting that out of the game, it's pretty much a waste of time.
Definitely getting this.

Thats true, but those who've inherited their jobs will have to be somewhat competent at it, otherwise the free market will sort them out once their companies take a hit.
Hmm, would be awesome if true.. but rumors like these have been proven wrong many times.
Iduno, a free market does seem to align best with our competitive human nature. As much as it might suck not being on the top.
It's ridiculous how so many games have massive bugs or issues on release nowadays. Waiting 6-12 months after release for patches almost becomes a requisite.
I would agree. Just like they lie about things like ''The greatest gaming line up ever" (something said every single year) "most Xbox only exclusives", when they are either timed or straight up multi platform.
I got no beef with MS, but after the trainwreck of 2013 I lost the last bit of trust I had in that company.
Hey, maybe some people just like to work around bugs and glitches rather than play the game..
I remember playing Fallout 3 and Skyrim on the PS3 at launch, spent more time figuring out how to avoid game breaking bugs than actually play it.
Hmm, think I'll skip it and go for Rage 2.
New Dawn doesn't seem to have anything that draws my attention tbh.
Might just pick it up now.. don't see it dropping below 20 anytime soon. Should give me enough time to finish it before the Iceborne DLC coming fall 2019 too.
I'm excited to see what they'll do with it.. but buying, too early for me. I got the PS4 Pro 2 years ago, and still have a crapload of PS4 games left untouched or unfinished.
Depends on the game.. Games with great combat mechanics I usually play on hard. Games that have clunky/unresponsive combat are a chore to play on harder difficulties, since you're always struggling with the controls on top of the games' design.
The DLC/expansion was really good too. Very much excited to see how they build upon the first game with Dying Light 2.
