I didn't expect a big boost, but a decrease is just plain odd. Japan obviously had their motion controller fill with the Wii.

Lol everyone already dismissing the review. I guess it needs to be bad to be real.
I think the main reason it isn't happening is it would just be too time consuming and the game has already been delayed once. They would need to make 3 separate control schemes for one game. They can't just make it a PSEye game cause it uses a lot of 3D tracking like clapping and pulling your arm back so making it a Move game would require a whole new approach.
And theres no way it would give the same experience as without using a controller.
You don't need a study or analysts to state the obvious. Once Kinect arrives it will be hard for casuals to pick up a controller again.
And of course Oprah helps too.

I know it's why PS3 hardware has failed to increase massively, it's only selling to current owners.
I wonder what the reason was, were there too many bugs? maybe Kinect selling out everywhere? COD again? They should really gives their fans an explanation.
I wouldn't be so sure about that, I've been reading a lot of pissed of gamers cause of this, some even threatening to sell their PS3's if its delayed till december. If this isn't the best racer of all time, there will be chaos.
I wonder what people will do if its pushed into 2011, Sony is really just taking the piss with its fans now.

One delay when the game is a year off means nothing, multiple delays and one when it just about to release is taking the piss. They say this holiday now but why believe them this time?

The most shocking thing about Kinect selling out everywhere is the fact that not a single ad has been aired yet.
Its seems that the numbers will only be coming from Nintendo/Sony/MS from now on, hopefully any manufacture can release all numbers, cause I have a feeling Sony might just keep quiet.

Im glad I preordered way back in July/August. MS best make sure they can produce enough to meet demand especially if they want to reach 3/4ml by year end.
Its amazing that its doing so well already, I still haven't seen a single ad in the UK. MS was obviously wise to have Kinect tours so people could try it out cause that must be the reason its doing so well this early.
