Basically bought a wii just for this game. Hope news on it comes soon, even if not at TGS
It seems like turn-based RPGS (most jrgs) are returning to the niche games that they started at (at least outside of Japan). I see console turn based games being few and far between (once again outside of Japan), but handheld jrpgs are thriving.
If anyone is dying for a good turn based game, get a DS or PSP. You wont regret it.
You expect Hope to act like Squall/Cloud? A little unrealistic considering he is between 10 - 13 years old. Not a soldier. It's reaching, but any of us would whine a shit load more than Hope.
Spoilers? This a based off a book. Everyone already knows what happens on reach.
No offense, but this review didn't talk about anything. C- for the reviewer.
There are many jrpgs that will never make it out of japan on any console. The Tales series is a main example (and yes I know the 360 and wii have one - but it looks unlikely that any others will make it over to the west).
On the flip side, portables are dominating with great rpgs this gen.
For those who didn't read the article, it's not just bashing live. It's actually a good discussion by multiple people. They all made good points on Live, the price increase, PSN, and plus
Not worth downloading to listen to a unimportant argument
Do you really actually care about sales?
doubtful
The story in L4D is basically none. I could easily see people being able to hop right into three.
@hoops
I imagine that most of the sub-par posts are made by prepubescence kids.
Most people on this site read an argument/opinion and pick out certain pieces to use against them.
Like Omega right now, @52pickup asked him to point out negative hardware reviews for move. Instead Omega points out all the poor software scores. I think that is funny.
Move and shoot at the same time. The RE gameplay needs to evolve as they age.
I don't think anyone really expected Move to get bad hardware ratings. But it could have had better launch games. The later games are looking good though.
looking at the site - a C is an average game. KFR looks average. No surprise here.
Most of the games coming out with the Move launch are probably going to be about average with some exceptions.
Not every PS3 or 360 game is amazing, I don't get why you would expect all of the motion control games to be.
@anh_
I bet most sites are probably going to put out multiple opinions to get more hits. We all know that gaming journalism isn't exactly the highest quality and each site isn't going to put out a unified front.
No offense to all you journalists out there.
Move seems to be getting mostly positive reviews. Some games are good some are bad. It's to be expected though, Sony never seems to have many grade A quality launch games.
@hoops
If it offends you, you can leave. Everyone knows what n4g is like, people need to stop complaining. I happen to find the trolls and other member's dumb comments entertaining.
Riders gunna ride
To clarify.
PlayStation MOVE: 8.5/10
Sports Champion: 7.5/10
Someone fucked up the links
Actually, The Hobbit was written before the LotR so that logic doesn't work for this example
