Based on vgcharts, its sold about 90k on each system with the xbox selling about 2k more.
Four weeks and less than 200k sold.
Edit: Tales would have also have been a better game
Grammar is your friend. Try it.
They see me trollin', They hatin.
They tryin to catch me trollin' dirty
Appeciate the game for what is was, but if you tell me it's enjoyable to play now, you're kidding yourself
They are relying on 3rd party support for Kinect. Thats what we will see for the rest of this generation and probably for the next system.
I wouldn't be surprised if they moved to a purely kinect based system for the next gen - similar to what the wii is - with no option for controller based games.
And it's not about MS being a bad company or such, its just about the money. Xbox and Xbox 360 lost a lot of money and I'm sure there was a lot of pres...
As consumers, we have every right to blame the producer of the product if it is sub-par. Since Sony did not make this game, fault of the goes to NT and their inability to produce equal quality games.
I was online gaming with FPS on pc years before consoles became big online. Tribes is still probably my favorite shooter.
you can say 360 (halo 2) may have brought online console gaming to the mainstream, but they did not invent not perfect it.
@outrageous
"most advanced add-on ever"
Just saying that every new add on to anything is always more advanced than anything old. Common sense.
This 2010 car is so much more advanced than my 2003. Well Duh.
Is it more important for you to post first and skip reading the article
Or to read the article and then make an informed point?
I think everyone here knows.
How about reading the article before you post?
The point of the article is that Kinect's launch is pretty soon, yet it is still not being shown/given to sites to play and mess with.
Sony had the move delivered to people month's before its launch.
Suspicious?
Until Kinect proves that skill is needed to play the games, I will be skeptic.
How about some gameplay? too much to ask?
I assume you are referring to me as the "ps3 fanboy." I don't even own a Ps3. Just a 360 and wii.
But my original comments stand. I do not support kinect (as of now) and the direction MS is going.
First of all, this quote makes me think that he is a little out of touch with reality.
"now hardly anyone plays first person shooters on the PC anymore" - wrongo
On the kinect topic: a big problem is the skill factor. Forget hardcore/casual - a game needs to let the player improve. The casual wii games still require skill - my friend will beat my ass in wii sports that its not even funny.
Kinect has not shown that any of the games t...
what?
This has me excited but still unconvinced.
Until I see some gameplay, Kinect unproven. And a no buy for "hardcore" gamers
Yeah they wouldn't want to take the fire away from the 3DS. Maybe 6 months after the handle release, then announce the new system (at the earliest)
Try english text time
Who really cares anymore? I can't feel any excitement for SE anymore.
I'm sure if MS let it be known that they are looking for a developer to take on the next Halo, every Studio in the world would jump at the chance. Especially if the MS studio's next Halo sucks, a good Halo would sell off the charts.
That's not the usually MS strategy. They are sprinters. Sales usually spike extremely high for them when they release a new product but then dibble down.
But then maybe kinect will be different. Who really knows? I can't watch TV (in America) without seeing ten kinect commercials per hour.
