A good example of messed up is Project Cars on the WiiU. When the kickstarter happened it was for a PC/WiiU version of the game. Nintendo fans paid in the most according to most information, yet the money was diverted into the PS4/X1 versions due to their install base.
Yes bad things can happen with crowdfunding, and not all ends up being what was originally promised.
That is wrong on so many levels I don't even know where to begin...
There is no defense for this game. How are these idiots still in business after that mess? I figured Sega would sue them after stealing their money.
Forza 5 and 6 run at 1080p/60fps. In fact they are the only games to do so in multi and single player on either system if my memory serves me correctly.
Get back to me when you have a 1st party sim racer on your platform of choice. See you in about 2 more years.
If you think the PS4 is "way more powerful" than the X1 then you arent grounded in reality. PC is way more powerful than both, consoles are about value and games, not sheer horsepower. If they were, every game would be 1080p/60.
If expecting a company to make games for a system they sell is being entitled, then yep I am entitled. You might want to look around as several here have the same issue. Also you can add 1 more to your ignored list as well as I only converse with people that act older than 12. You can also stop PM'ing me as well with your moronic comments. Dude, grow up.
And its not like X1 owners will rush out to buy a PS4 because Sony paid to market it.
I play my 3ds all the time thank you. Currently playing Persona Q on it. The 3ds is a good example of a machine that does get great 1st party support.
So, how about taking anything the mfg gives you (or in the Vita's case, doesn't) and smiling about it. I don't call it entitled to expect a game developer and publisher to actually make games for their system.
Also in regards to supporting a publisher/developer, I bought several games for my Vita. ...
I think I would have mind engraved with "How about a little support!". I loved my Vita but admittedly sold it after I had played the games that interested me and seeing no further support from the mfg. PSTV was dead on arrival and Sony refuses to learn from everyone screaming about its memory card prices. Great tech, terrible support.
This again is a reminder that video games are a business, period. Kojima and Konami may have simply hit a crossroads but yet every decries what a bunch of losers the people at Konami are. Take into consideration that Kojima's games are expensive to make, require long development periods and his open dislike for having to put his games on other platforms (Xbox) and you can openly see why Konami and he may have butted heads.
Look at all of the developers that went out of b...
This guy is a hack.
Not sure to what they are referring, it runs great on my PC.
The same morons who used to move their 360's around while it was playing a disc then yell from the highest mountain that there was a disc scratching issue with the system.
I have to disagree with most people on this site, I think you over look the obvious. While the PS4 sells fantastic numbers it isnt at the expense of the X1. It is in fact at the expense of Nintendo. The Wii sold huge numbers and soundly outsold the PS3 and 360 repectively. The X1 still outsells the 360 so MS hasnt lost its marketshare, Nintendo has. They have gone from the phenom that was the Wii to the disaster that is the WiiU (in regards to sales figures).
Make no mistake...
In the end it will come to PS4, PC and X1 in my opinion. Though I have to admit to this day I think there is just something not right about playing a Square game on anything but a Playstation, though I am sure Nintendo would have something to say about that at one time.
Thank you, I have moments.... sometimes.
Honestly I would say in its best of times Square was my favorite developer of all time. Another that has come and gone would be Rare. ND is an excellent developer that fits in well with the best of the best. These are the kinds of developers where you feel comfortable buying a game simply because their name is on it. I hope they stand the test of time, others have not.
Edit: Another would have been the Am2 division of Sega, there was a time anything they did was golden.
You might want to find new friends.
