And my PC will have a much higher resolution and framerate, so I will be getting it on that.
It's called humor.
Sony doesn't have the money to build a system like Azure and Gaikai couldn't hold Azure's lunchbox.
If Sony started right now to build a system like this (Only Google and Amazon have something comparable), it would take them years to get it off the ground.
I'm sure it is hard to find things on your Xbox as its still at the store waiting for you to buy it. X1's interface allows for true multitasking (PS4 cannot), snapping and a whole bunch of other stuff that OS you love doesn't. It might be slower, but that's only because it does much more.
If you don't think FH2 is an achievement then you are blind. The Order blanks out a third of the screen, has an erratic framerate and is very linear. I would hope compared to FH2 what is left does look better because it isn't doing near what FH2 is doing. Open world, drivatars, rock solid FPS, 1080p and 4xMSAA.
Yeah, compared to The Order, FH2 is an amazing technical achievement.

I love all the "I don't care about EA" comments. If this were on PS4 exclusively the X1 owners would never live it down. PS4 fanboys are just sad, if a developer jumps ship then its "they suck anyway", "I will never buy another game from them" or "We don't need BC, I don't care". You sound like a bunch of pathetic little crybabies.
Yeah, I'm sure non of you care about Mirrors Edge, Battlefront, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, D...
While I agree with the content of your post (more or less), I don't think users need to be called names to make your point.
The PS2 had a unique advantage that the PS4 will never have. It was able to get its price point to eventually under $100 USD. The PS4 will never be able to do so putting it at a huge disadvantage over the PS2. The PS4 also includes more advanced processors (multi-core), wireless networking and controllers, hard drives and more ports further limiting its ability to be eventually low priced. My guess is you will see this generation bottom out at around $200-$250.00 USD.
Still, ...
While in statistical analysis or other numeric professions you would be correct, the generally accepted practice in the industry seems to be about a 7-7.5 being average and everything else below.
Anyone who judges a working game with even half-ways decent production values a 1-3 is simply looking for hits on their site and their review should not be taken seriously. IMHO of course.
Not liking a game doesn't make it junk. 3 is not realistic, I save that number for broken games that simply don't work.
Its a great time to be an X1 gamer. I have only seen this much effort being put into a generation once before, Sony and the PS3. I mean honestly:
1) Backwards compatibility
2) Cloud compute
3) DX12 integration
4) Windows 10 Streaming to everything under the sun.
5) DVR capabilities
6) Remasters with great bonuses
7) A new focus on exclusives and new IP's
Anyone who isn't impressed with the effort is prob...
@Razor
Take your comment back a few years and apply it to everything stupid Sony said and humbled themselves. Haters gotta hate though huh?
While I can easily afford it, I refuse to pay to play online for either XBL or PS+. "Free" games (borrowing them really) are great and all but paying to play online is a crap move in my book and it was part of the reason the PS3 was my favorite console last generation. Also it's part of the reason I game primarily on PC. I was disappointed in playstation nation for not coming unglued when Sony announced they would be charging this generation.
Because like everyone else here he is entitled to. If he doesn't care for the options he is allowed to say so just the same way you felt the need to respond to him.
And you are just looking for something to whine about. Its 30 games for $30 and a lot were the last 2 previous generations AAA games. If you really feel that way you should chuck video gaming and maybe just sit out front of your house and yell at kids having fun to get off your lawn.
Thats the beauty of PC gaming, you decide what you want out of your game. Personally on most of my gaming rigs I run at 2160 or if its an intensive game as low as 1440 but there is nothing wrong with 080 or even less if that's how you enjoy the game.
PC gaming offers options, that's why I choose it for my multiplats. Console gaming is a great value and I love the exclusives, for everything else its PC.
Actually you can legally sell to anyone you want if they pay the licensing for the product. For instance, if MS pays for the exclusive licensing tech for the Cloud infrastructure then the seller has to abide by that agreement. They cannot sell it to anyone else. Now then, they could make a somewhat similar product that doesn't infringe on the licensing of the first that in the end does the same thing. But yes, you can make a product, license it to a company and it be exclusive. It happens...
Except Nintendo handed both Sony and MS their asses in a hat. No they didn't win, Nintendo did. The PS3 was/is a great console, but it didn't win.
Walmart came through for me except they gave me the new Batman bundle since they were out of the normal system. Great deal, came to $216 with tax!
Edit: I should note it took 2 managers to approve the sale and I thought the 2nd one was going to stop it due to it not being the original system with no game vs the Batman bundle Walmart had in stock. In the end they did it for me but wouldn't do it for the guy behind me or the cashier who said she wanted it for that price. A...
