Of course it can survive. Kojima wasn't the only one with a vision in Konami and thinking that would be naïve. The series will most likely change but much like 343i has taken Halo from Bungie sometimes change can be a good thing. Halo 4 and certainly Halo 5 look to be on par with the quality and vision of its creators. Nintendo would continue if Miyamoto were to not be in the picture and many other instances where there was a major shakeup but yet was survived can also be noted.

And both Kinect and Move were a response to Nintendo (Who tried VR years ago by the way) coming out with the Wii and its phenomenal sales. Neither were supported (especially Move) and because of that I will take a wait and see attitude with any add-on peripheral developed by Sony or MS.

I knew your comment was gonna float like a bag of hammers. This is N4G where Sony does everything first, better and cheaper. They are the messiahs of gaming, never mind that Nintendo has had more advances in videogame hardware than any other company out there.
Laptop lower power CPU's, 5400rpm Hard Drives and cut back GPU's. Both consoles are anything but powerhouses and are easily outclassed by even a decent mid-range PC.
Bypass DX12 code? Yeah when it allows for multithreading and other benefits on X1. Maybe on PS4 they are going to "bypass" it, because it cant use it. X1 was made for it.

No the external drive isn't slower. Its USB 3.0 which has a faster data transfer rate than the 5400rpm drive that comes standard in the PS4 and X1. In fact, its considerably faster.
Maybe you don't have any friends so that's why its blank.

Honestly I think the game is a solid 80/100. The problem is I played the bejesus out of this thing years ago and cant get excited about playing it again. Kind of a dead horse for me personally.
Edit: that's not to say I wont be interested in the new GeOW when it comes out. If its good I would be happy to play another game in the series.
Personally I would give the game a 9/10. Its the best horror game I have played in a long time.
And the framerate issue, I never noticed it and it doesn't detract from the game at all. This from a guy that condemns games that run at less than 30 fps.
In my previous rant I failed to mention I bought this and have had fun playing it. It's an amazing value pure and simple. Credit where credit is due, good job MS and keep it up.
I have to disagree. I think you have to take it on a case by case basis. To someone like me who never got around to actually playing his copy of TLoU, it was easily worth buying and enjoying it for the first time, remastered. Yes some can also be a cash grab and for that I say vote with your wallet. Let the $ you spend be your voice for the opinion you have.

It doesn't matter on N4G if someone has credibility or even flat out lies so long as he says the PS4 is better. Whoever sings the highest praises for Sony is going to be the "Go To" guy for people here.
They are obsessed because they have to keep feeding their delirious fan base that the machine is ultra powerful. Sony fans don't care about gameplay, what matters is only if they have 1080p bragging rights over the X1 fans. I have both systems but play mainly on PC because I want higher resolutions AND a high framerate. Any game that can't handle 30fps is pathetic. Racing and fighting games under 60fps is a complete joke. Somehow gameplay doesn't seem to matter to consolers this g...
I would change the title to PS4 fanboys aren't ready for this at 4k. They don't like anything that shows their plastic can't do 1080p/60 let alone 4k. Here's a hint, if it's sold at Toys R Us it probably isn't super powerful.
