There is also the secondary markup from the store and shipping. So yes, prices could easily come down $10
I am, but only when console manufacturers realize the significant cost savings and pass that on to the consumer like on Steam. The same $60 for digital is an insult in my book.
Honestly not a slam, but there is no way I am trusting Sony with a beta upgrade and my PS4. Too many potential issues.
It took years for the PS3 (and 360) to have the features it did. Its called maturity of the system and it doesnt happen day one. The PS4 (and X1) can both do many things the PS3 and 360 couldnt do. Patience young Padawan, it takes time to become a Jedi.
I will take my X1 controller over the DS4, its cheaply made, poor battery life, the stupid light and the touchpad gimmick are holding it back.
You THINK its a fact... priceless.
That's what I understand. It was a case of too many games to play and not enough time, the upgraded version will make me glad I waited.
I never got around to playing UC3 on my PS3, this will be a day one purchase for me and my PS4. Looking forward to it as much as I looked forward to the MCC on X1. I could care less that multiplayer isn't supported, I just want to play the upgraded games.
I would like to see it become a cutting edge 2D sidescroller/platform game like it was in It's early days. Combine that gameplay with modern graphics and I would gladly pay money for it.
Your wallet may be full but you will be a complete piece of garbage. I hope you get caught and have a hefty fine to pay. Your option is to pay for a game and play it or not. Stealing isn't an option unless you're a piece of crap.
I have this feeling my fellow X1 owners are setting themselves up for a world of hurt. Best not to over-hype something and enjoy it when it comes out then to set the bar so high it cant be reached. I expect a good game, but a game changer? I dunno about that.
I wouldn't hold my breath on replacing your system if anything goes wrong. If you want to be part of a pilot program for just about anything then you take your chances.
I have 4 gaming rigs, all have Nvidia. I will never go AMD, too many issues.
Bought a PS4, X1 and WiiU to go along with my PC's day one. Sold the PS4 and WiiU but bought another PS4 for $200 last weekend when Walmart matched the Kmart deal for me. There are enough exclusives for any system now to make them worth it.
So you are saying it makes the frames drop to still higher than DC? I think better than 30 for streaming is still pretty good, and a lot depends on your network.
Ditto. There is another article on how The Orders engine runs at 60fps on PC on N4G right now. That's why I game on PC and exclusives on Console. PC is for those that want the highest graphical fidelity and best frame rate. I am tired of shoddy ports however on some games.
It sounds to mean like you need to learn tolerance of other people's preferences. The gay community last I checked isn't holding club meetings in my house or having sex on my lawn. In other words nothing that PC gamers do should bother you and equating us to the gay community shows both your intolerance and your lack of maturity. And for the record, I also have an X1 and bought a new PS4 this last weekend, does that make me Bi?
Wow that was intense. I need a beer after reading it. Wait, I live in Washington state, I need something else!
Not to mention some poor store clerk is probably going to get chewed for doing it. Don't celebrate because you lied to a store and got away with it. That's the moral of the story.
@Darksniper
"A console more powerful than God" huh...
Is that why it doesn't have games at 60fps? Is that why they are being sued about lying about 1080p? (Killzone)
Yeah, I have a PS4 also, and its about as powerful as a mid-range PC. So while I don't know your definition of God, if its more powerful than the god you worship than your God is a punk.
Also odd how all Sony fanboys do is make fun of shooters o...
