am i one of the only people to never get rrod? lol ive had the 360 since a little past launch. maybe because my room stays in the low 60's helped? ive had every console since the nes except the wii. only 2 have kicked, the. dreamcast -controller ports stopped working, my ps2- redish screen + failed to read discs. both were pretty common.
mass effect 3, dragons dogma, max payne 3, star hawk, prototype 2, future soldier, witcher 2, kingdoms of amular...cant name any others that were even worth a rent or purchase other than these really, retail wise.
gears of war- hasnt changed gameplay mechanics since 1, whats new other than story and graphics? i still cant battle in aircrafts, tanks, etc. gears of WAR needs more variety in WAR so it feels like war
call of duty- dont get me started. whats the difference between cod 4 and mw3? setting? they also need more variety, destructible areas, better story telling
final fantasy- one botton press game, take turns to attack -__- thats was cool in 1999, not now.
i understand...i run my ps3 games from an external hd...im sure mine wont wear out anytime soon as i only use it every once in a while.

i agree where your coming from, i bought a 360 at launch because the xbox was decent, it still lacked other than the games u mentioned, ps2 also had ALOT of great exclusives...also more quantity compared to xbox (ico, sotc, dark cloud, etc... With 360 i never paid for live once, just made as many accounts as i could for 1 month free but after that no more multiplayer for me until i got my ps3. paying for something that is free on all other platforms didnt seem ri...

exactly, ill wait 2 years or so. if all theyre going to have is 3 so-so exclusives again, or if they even charge for multi player ill pass. sony on the other hand i can count to have quality and quantity exclusives with free multiplayer...they won me over this gen so next gen they have my support also.
really who wouldnt agree with this article? besides the few games that are sony exclusive, and the cheaper price to play current games... consoles offer nothing better than pc.

this is the only jrpg ive been interested in since the ps1/gameboy days...mainly because it reminds me of pokemon, the step ive wanted pokemon to make but didnt...open worldish sorta realtime combat with an actual story.
all microsoft wants them working on now are kinect titles, its not like kameo, banjo, or viva pinata were big hits though...im not sure if its microsofts fault as much as rares. Looks like they lost alot their talented people, thats my guess as to why they arent coming out with any great games. microsoft and xbox owners gained nothing from buying rare. when they bought them i was expecting some new conkers, banjo, star fox type classics. or atleast to continue them. what did they do? rehashed conker, turned banjo into some car building game for kids....then they released a pinata game and kameo -__- microsoft now has them working on kinect projects only.
why release ff 7 on pc? what kinda sense does that make when you can just run it on a emulator anywhere from pc higher than 1080p, phone, jtag 360, xbox 1, ps3, ps2, ps1...wouldnt be surprised if my toaster oven could play it.
most production is located in china...wouldnt be surprising for them to become the richest nation sooner or later...plus ip mans from china, the most bad ass dude there was at least in the movies anyway lol. shit without china wed be paying much more for our consoles, clothes, cars, etc. if we had all our production back here, yes unemployment rates would be close to zero but our people arnt willing to slave for 2$ an hour.
i just want a dbz open world rpg, kinda like they had on the gameboy advance...using todays tech. the fighting games were okay...but an attempt at a open world dbz rpg on hd consoles would be 1000 times more epic. yall can buy whatever..they arnt getting my money until i see an rpg.

yeah man, with a jasper your safe. someone i know repairs and mods 360's and ever since, he has not seen a single jasper come in with problems. The only thing i hate about my fat 360 is it sounds like an airplane...but oh well. if i care enough one day ill get the guy to install some silent pc fans.
