Yeah but even if they don't play it, they can say to everybody that they have one. And to people who get caught up in the trends that means something. I'm sure there will be plenty of people who don't use the Wii they have now line up to buy the next one and while they are in line they will be saying to themselves "this time I'm going to use it" as they have visions of being fit and having their friends who aren't skilled enough to actually play real video games over to see the ne...
Now that the holiday shopping season is over I only care about the future. Sales numbers from last year are about what I figured they would be if this article is to be believed. So will the 360 keep selling like the holidays? It seems PS3 sales are always pretty close to what they always are, but Microsoft's pricing and store holiday offers really helped change 360 sales.
Doesn't matter if they play the thing or not. The people who jumped on the bandwagon will follow the brainwash wave into the deep end when the next one comes out regardless.
I wasn't one of the excited fans waiting for this RE game. I'm actually expecting a very so-so game that gets hyped up because it has a powerful gaming history and it's on multiple consoles so giving it lots of attention doesn't leave many gamers on the outside looking in.
Until the day when all video game characters are in one MMO game regardless of publisher, this game might be the coolest.
I hope most reviews keep in mind the game's overwhelming technical accomplishments. To make and release a console game that is at this quality and production level deserves high praise regardless of what button you have to press to reload.
Anything lower than 4/5 is a joke because technically no other console game measures equal.
Just as anything lower than 9/10 is a crime because of the same reason.
I don't want to see games not being pushed ...
I believe the lackluster review. It's a FROM software game. I've never really cared for any FROM game.
I really have to wonder when Capcom releases the first game for PS3 now. I'm sure they aren't going to just jump straight into releasing part 2. If I had to guess I would say the original Dead Rising gets a PSN release instead of a disc. But either way, if Capcom decides to skip the release of the first game on PS3 it would probably be best for PS3 owners to skip part 2 as well because starting at 2 is stupid.
Unless you thought Monster Madness and Hail to the Chimp were OK.
I almost bet it turns out to be more fun than Resident Evil 5
I don't know about everybody else, but I actually hope the Playstation games listed get released next year. At 60 dollars plus tax each, I seriously doubt I would be able to buy everything Sony says is due. And as far as the guy posting at #1 goes...I feel sorry for him. It must suck having to fanboy a console that doesn't have any games this year or studios left to make them in the coming years.
It's sad that in today's society even websites like the above mentioned are either fanboys or controlled by a company.
Have one of your buddies sell it at 50 bucks off and check back in a week to see what kind of impact it had. If it was enough you can leave the price cut at 50. If there isn't enough movement you might want to swallow the pride and go for a 100 when you get around to everybody.
Gameplay sounds simple borderline arcade in the description with the cover point system. I'm sure gameplay will be functional at least and the story concept is a winner in my book. Even if the game sucks I'm still going for it because I'm sure the whole thing is pretty ammusing. They would have to be total idiots to screw up a story like this and even if they did it would still be cool because that could be part of the story :)
If it wasn't the edited version I would import it
Now I regret not hanging out with the AV club in high school because they obviously get some good drugs:)
I seriously doubt it. I have to agree with the guy at 1.1 because nothing has been said about what is going on although I wouldn't believe it if they released a racing game however because Sony already has GT, Motorstorm, Wipeout, and Twisted Metal to fill the racing fix for gamers.
Does anybody living in the States know if Gran Turismo is at the Auto Show again this year?
I feel like a kid being told Santa is my mom and dad for the first time because every story I read until now said they were developed by two different development groups without access to the other.
Santa is real. Don't believe the hype.
Since Pop Cap games are free on the computer, wouldn't PS3 owners be able to play those through the web browser?
