Oh that's a easy one. Well since Microsoft over the last few years have been telling its fan base that you dont need a Xbox to play there games. As well as brainwash them that gamepass is the future why buy games when you can rent them. So if the majority of the install base don't want to purchase games in hope they end on gamepass what's the point in spending millions porting these games to Xbox when there is no guarantee to break even on that investment?

Yer 40 is really low but it's better than what happened in Europe where you simply needed a psn account.

I think for PS6. You need to have had a psn account for more than 2 years. That had been active for a few hundred hours in the last 12 months.

I remember that well. I criticised it at the time. Not because it was digital. But because of how late in the day it was for Xbox one it was like a year or two before series x. Also the price was silly it was only £30-50 cheaper depending where you got it from.

It is also not the same as what sony are doing. Sony did well here is a cheaper digital only playstation. Here is one with a disc drive for £100 more. That's a nice choice ...

I have no issues with that. I paid £620 for a rtx 3080 a few years ago and it wasn't even the top of the line GPU .

I currently own a £1200 phone (galaxy 24 ultra). I paid nearly £1000 for my oled TV 2 years ago. I paid £750 for a laptop with a rtx 4060 a few months ago.
