I think its due to FIVEm. A lot of GTA PC players seem to just play that so don't need the shark cards or a way to even use them for fivem.
Only used it a handful of times when I was staying in hotels and brought my fire stick with me. It worked well don't get me wrong. It's was alright.
But wasn't as good as Geforce Now or Xbox Cloud or Playstation Cloud.
