Like all other such articles, not very substantive points made. Expectations about how the reveal should have been done blah blah... Based on current factual reveal information on both consoles, looks to me like at the end of the day Xbox One and PS4 will offer the same base gaming experience with the former offering more otherwise.

The amount of drivel coming out on all these Xbox one articles really demonstrates the rabid bias on this site. At this point in time, there is absolutely nothing that PS4 has revealed indicating that it will be a better console with better games, yet look at all these crazy fanboy comments!

Agreed. This is a console reveal. Not a games reveal. As a console reveal, it revealed it can do everything PS4 can and more. It revealed that the functionality and parameters of the console are being pushed. That sounds promising to me. After experiencing just 1 (albeit long) generation of console gaming, I feel fatigue and lethargy setting in. There's only so much more of conventional gaming that can keep things exciting. Another shooter, another racer, another RPG being played the same...

Precisely. A progressive business model creates an accessible, popular and functional platform off which developers will be enticed to do their magic. Trying to wrest control of platform and content is an outdated business model. Apple's success is proof of this. Glad MS can see this.
Let's get real I don't see why MS will go that direction for the simple reason that they know they don't need to have superior specs to gain market share. They just need to remain competitive specs wise and do something really special with kinect to set the Xbox apart. There's a lot of potential with kinect, so I'm hoping they come up with the real deal this time.
Orator is weak. He struggles to lift gates, open chests and push ballistas. That's pretty damn weak by Marvel Universe standards. And for those of you mentioning Zeus, it is obvious Marvel's Zeus is immensely more powerful than GOW Zeus.
Actually there's another cause for non celebration. If they are indeed doing a PS4 'version', it is likely just going to be a port of a version optimized for PS3. I don't think that it is going to turn out ideal at all.

That's pretty desperate of you to be using GT 1, 2 and 3 scores there when there was no competition around. Head to head there's only GT4, GT5 Prologue and GT5 to compare. Let's see how GT6 does (hmm wonder if there's gonna be a prologue...?)

Spinning what is obviously a good thing into something bad... Btw, even without cloud, Xbox One is just about as capable as PS4 and it will get the job done, so you worry too much. Or maybe that is what worries you all.
