The main reason behind all the hate this game is getting is because of the comparison between itself and its predecessors in the FF series. It's like everyone says "The new FF sucks because it's not like FF VII or FF X", and this is totally wrong to me.
If you manage to not get involved in nostalgia or something like that, you can see a totally enjoyable game.

I still don't understand the hate on this game... Bought it a week after release and I think it was totally worth it, I loved it. It has some faults but nothing that can make it less enjoyable.
Glad more updates like this are coming, gonna go on a new game+ soon.
To me, the absence of The Last of Us 2 was lethal. That would have made such a boom.
It was quite a boring conference, but the new Spiderman game looks dope.

Played it for an hour or so and I felt it was pretty boring... I can agree with the score so far.
Anyway it wasn't supposed to be a huge hit in the first place.

That is actually very annoying. Since Nintendo doesn't have any cloud service yet, they should at least let us backup our data by ourselves.
Of course bricks are a relatively rare event and that doesn't affect the experience that much as the author of the article, but it sure is poor customer care.
In the modern review scale, it is. Cause for apparently no reasons it's impossible to give a game a 5 unless it has game breaking bugs or stuff like that.
Anyway I didn't play ME:A, I'm not judging the game. Just saying what the review scores are like to me.

It is really remarkable, the polish here is naughty dog-level. An awesome experience with excellent combat. Well deserved score.
To me, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is WAY overrated. It's a kinda fun party game that manages to enjoy you for two days and then starts gathering dust. Or at least, it was that for me.
My personal top 5 is:
1) Persona 5
2) Horizon: Zero Dawn
3) Zelda: BotW
4) Resident Evil 7
5) Nier Automata
I still have to play Nioh and Yakuza 0 though.
