Even though I'm not sure what I want from a new handheld, I know that the Switch was not it.
Maybe a handheld that could easily play your (digital) PS4 games so you could continue (via cloud saves) wherever you are. Then developers could focus on making games for one platform that could be played on both (with some minor downgrading, of course) as well as some handheld exclusives where it makes sense. In any case, I don't think Sony needs another handheld that takes...
My guess is another handheld, Sony's designers should be able to easily come up with a PS4 Pro slim themselves.

Yes Sony, or rather Playstation, has rightfully earned every bit of success at this point - I can't state enough that they're the only company who kept making great consoles and games for over 20 years now while others couldn't keep up with the times. I for one am doing my small part by buying all games digitally so retailers don't get the money that should go to the actual game developers.

Gothic 2 wasn't only ahead of it's time, it's still a good game in many regards. It sure was clunky and restricted by budget but there are a lot of people who think it was a special game an airhead like you certainly won't change that :D

If you have a 4k TV the PS4 Pro is your best bet for easy 4k gaming right now. It's not only about GT, most PS4 exclusives support 4k HDR and they look much better than on a regular PS4.
On PC, a good enough graphics card for fluid 4k currently costs around 2x as much as the PS4 Pro.

^Zelda is incredible in the way that it is actually too big. It has a lot of cool gameplay systems but after around 30 hours I found it becoming tedious and repetitive. It's definitely a strong GOTY contender but I for one would give it to Horizon at this point, it just hit me harder than Zelda.
Haven't played P5 yet but if it comes close to P4, it's for sure one of the best games in 2017.

Fully agree, even though BotW is one of the more enjoyable Zelda games to me I would never give it a 10/10 like many reviewers did, the list of shortcomings is just too long. I think that just like Final Fantasy 15, BotW is a great basis for upcoming games in this series but there's certainly a lot of room for improvement.
