Even at 400 I wouldn't buy one, it's a waste of money without at least 5 excellent exclusives which simply do not exist at this point. My next gaming upgrade will probably a new graphics card once 4k is easy to handle.
Well Microsoft fanboys are actually known to be delusional, just like Trump voters. Scorpio won't change anything if MS continues it's non-existent support.
@GrubsterBeater
Well said, pretty much what I've been preaching for the past 10 years. Though to me it seems like there is a silent majority of gamers who is fine with the yearly Gears/Halo/Forza/FIFA/CoD releases, which is really sad when you think about all the other games that are being released every month. Playstation always felt like the most complete console but this generation there is not even proper competition anymore.
People thinking that "Scorpio will fix everything" must be mentally retarded. If Microsoft doesn't start releasing worthwhile exclusives you are left with games like Mass Effect Andromeda and Ghost Recon... in 4k, oh wow! Meanwhile people on the other side are playing masterpieces like Horizon and Nioh in 4k as well, which even if upscaled, look better than any games I've seen so far.
The hate is coming from people that felt rightfully deceived by Bungie and Activison, Destiny is not the game that was being sold to us prior to launch. They only managed to somehow fix it by paid DLC and still came up with a lot of microtransaction bullshit.
Beating Mass Effect Andromeda? Good joke, but not even Activision will be able to top that.
I can only imagine the sadness that your life is shrouded in.
No doubt with even Sucker Punch showing something new. Can't wait to see more from TLoU 2, Days Gone, Detroit, Death Stranding, Spiderman, Ni No Kuni 2 as well as release dates for GT Sport and GoW 4 :)
Now the last thing I would wish for is Bloodborne 2 and a release window for either FF7R or KH3.
+ Arcania which is definitely worth more than 1$.
It's so funny how neither side will ever accept the others opinion. Let me tell you one thing though, if you thought the Xbox exclusives in the past 15 months were "outstanding" you are missing either good taste or proper standards.
CEMU might find a way to render it in native 4k. And what we have is already closer to 4k than the Nintendo Switch will ever get.
Haha why so salty? While you played through a subpar version with slowdowns I'm getting locked solid 30fps in 4k.
So you are saying it's pretty much the same if 10 million people or if 50 million people buy it? Because you can be pretty sure that this kind of difference in demand would exist if Nintendo would be going the way Sony is going with the PS4. It's not that Nintendo games aren't appealing, it's the hardware people don't want to bother with - hence all these succesful emulators.
Yeah right every time... just like he convinced many people on Neogaf to preorder Mass Effect Andromeda instead of waiting for reviews...
I don't really agree with you as Dark Souls is still better than most western RPG's, but it's true that Demon's Souls and Bloodborne were more atmospheric and memorable than any Dark Souls ever was. From took way more risks with those games and it paid off with a very special experience while Dark Souls was just "more of the same".
Wow 30fps for Far Cry 3, Xbox One is really incredible. I would be so glad if I could experience this now instead of all these overrated PS4 and Nintendo exclusives!
Ahh I forgot, already played Far Cry 3 on my mediocre PC with mods and 120fps.... 3 years ago.
Real graphics for a Zelda game is a much worse idea than leaving Hyrule. I don't even like that Mario is going for real graphics, in Zelda it would kill a lot of the immersion and charme.
An SSHD is definitely the best choice until SSD's get affordable. I'm curious though, is an external drive just as fast as an internal?
I play a lot of games and I own pretty much everything I want to. Yet none of your games (or Xbox exclusives for that matter) interest me because they're either mediocre, boring or both. Xbox is and always was the console for people who have no idea what good games are.
Also the PS4 Pro has Horizon which probably sold more consoles than Xbox did all year.
"Moldybread you still don't get it."
He never will, we all realized by now...
The fun thing is that Sony (and even Nintendo) could've given their consoles these specs as well, most probably at the same price point Microsoft will be selling. It's just that they have their focus on games instead of hardware, which usually does not sell without proper support. Microsoft didn't properly support their consoles for a decade now - what makes anyone think that this is going to change now? If anyhting, they have less interesting IP's than last gen - which alread...
