Sledgehammer & Raven Software are working on the multiplayer. I think a few searches on google will give you a source, but seeing as Infinity Ward knows the storyline and progression in singleplayer-MW2, surely they will take on that route with MW3.
So giving a notice that they are "actively working against this" and using a system that is proven worse than VAC (Punkbuster) is enough for you?

Definately excited. People might think it's not a cast upgrade, but Sledgehammer developed the Multiplayer, so I can definately see changes being made to that part. The ones saying they aren't excited, obviously wants something different than what Modern Warfare offers, which is plain fair and simple - they don't like it.
I was incredibly horified playing the game. You can click on your Quest and it will auto walk you to objectives.

Yes, they do play very different. And it you weren't so biased, you would notice. The gun feel from Treyarch has always been different to Infinity Wards gun feel, the same with character movement.

Isn't doing Battlefield & MoH exacly the same as two different studios doing Call of Duty each year? If you put up Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, they are much different. If you do the same with Call of Duty 5 and Call of Duty 6, different.

Steam is a necessity to play games purchased on Steam, however they have never prevented me from playing. Origin has errors in both installing, downloading and playing the games purchased on the platform. Steam has neither. I can always download, install & play games I purchased on Steam, which does not seem to be the case with Origin.

They don't base it around Pandas. They are infact basing it around the war between the Alliance & the Horde and World PvP aswell as server events, such as world bosses etc.
Pandas are a great part of the next WoW expansion as it has no "main villain" like with Deathwing, The Lich King or Illidan. It has raids and PvE instances, but nothing where you say "This is the big bad demon we gotta slay".
