Reviews are definitely important. Few people have the money to try (read: buy) every game that might look interesting. That said, the numeric score shouldn't be the deciding factor. Instead, it should be how the reviewers describe the game and maybe some gameplay videos to determine whether or not it is a game that you think you can enjoy.

No. You knew about it. And maybe even the majority of N4g users for that matter. However, I'm pretty sure most of the people who bought the game did not know about most of the items in that list.

I don't understand your post. Are you bashing all street fighter titles? Street fighter 4 is an amazing game. Sf5 is also very good (if you're not into single player).
When people rage quit, they should award normal points to the person remaining and force the quitter to play offline for at least a couple of hours. Don't allow them to just turn off their PS4 and come back tomorrow. Actually require them to play offline for some set amount of time.

On the other hand, the missing features (aside from human player interactions) aren't things that most people knew about. So it's hard to complain about something that you never knew was there.
I like that Battlefield 4 on PS3 costs more than Battlefield 4 on PSN.

The Wii U had that. It's going to need more than just quality exclusive games. However, since it is probably a handheld, it will likely do very well among handheld gamers and therefore will print money just as the DS and 3DS have done.
I don't see how people can be downplaying 2 step security. Oh, you've never been hacked? That really only means that you've never been targeted. For optimal security, 2 step security is a must.

From what I gather, people saying No Man's Sky is not a great game are those who aren't interested in that type of game. That would be similar to someone who hates FPS's calling COD a horrible game. COD has its audience just as No Man's sky has its audience. And for what it does, it does it very well.
I would like to know how this game compares to Dragons crown. I assume it's not as good but this may be a decent enough substitute. I wish Dragons Crown was on PS4. I've retired my PS3
