Crossplay is great between consoles. I play Apex with my brother who has a PS5. It also eliminated the time to get into a match by a significant margin.

So yeah console crossplay is fine in my book. Can't think of any downside and only positives.

Dolby Vision is a type of HDR with higher spec requirements. Wider color gamuts etc.

Freesync allows your device to control the refresh rate of your monitor.

My 2015 Vizio has Dolby Vision. Not a new thing it's just a more expensive/intensive solution than the HDR 10 standard so cheaper TVs won't have Dolby Vision.

Of course you link a Gen 3 instead of Gen 4. Also Series X/S uses CFexpress for this storage expansion slot. Go look up those prices and let us know if you can find 1TB cheaper.
