Yeah, I am still trying to understand how to navigate through all the fanboys and properly post news on this site...its not as easy as one may think.
: )
I agree, but it sucks for people that are are looking to post information about BOTH consoles and could care less about the fanboy flame wars. If you look at my posting history, I have not favored one console over the other...ever. I post what I feel is interesting information. Period.
This site deserves better than the fanboy contributors that are ruining it for everyone else.
First off, no one is blaming Insomniac, it has yet to be confirmed as a game or television set issue. The Insomniac member who supposedly responded on the board did not admit to it being a game issue and simply asked if the individuals having the issue could provide more information about their TV etc.
Why does everything have to be a fanboy issue?
@Syko 360,
No one is doubting the quality of either game, however to say that the publisher has nothing to do with the game is just silly. I have been in contact recently with a development studio which I will not name that is currently in the process of shopping their game to publishers. They have come up with several pitches that vary slightly based on the publisher they are pitching to.
That aside, for a moment lets assume that the publisher has nothing to do ...
Sorry man, NH is not getting any love either.
@Rama26285,
Still it is a great review that is pretty much relevant regardless which console you are playing it on.
@Latham99 ,
Yeah, thankfully EA can't buy the rights to music like they did the NFL, NCAA, and ARENA football leauges.
Or can they????
@BLACKJACK VII,
Well of course real musicians are probably not going to be interested in playing fake instruments attached to a console, but I am not sure that is the target audience here. So if all things are relevant, the title does make sense for the audience it is targeting.
While I do understand the point you are trying to make, if the demand for this type of setup was not there, the publishers would not be creating these types of games.
Guita...
yep. looks like EA is once again looking to rape the consumer. The reason stated in the article itself is ridiculous. It's a bottom line money hungry objective. I hope Guitar Hero wins out.
@Rama26285,
Because the game is also available for PS3 and the PC. In the past I have posted reviews and previews for games available on multiple consoles and have been reported for not listing the other consoles the game was available for.
No offense to the informed GameStop employees, but most of them know when they punch in and when they punch out. After that, they are pretty much clueless.
lol
I miss having SEGA in the console market...
I had a chance to meet up with the developers of this game at Gamecocks EiEiO Conference and they are some really freaking cool guys. Three of them completely built and designed this game.
I never thought I would like a FPS on the DS but Dementium changed my mind.
Too bad they haven't listed Boston as a location yet.
I agree. The shots of the people using the Wii is getting old.
it's worth the dowload
This may have had a chance of working before the company and the game were sucked into the void that is EA.
I want to make it very clear that I am not a "fanboy" of any console or publisher. I believe gamers should be given the choice to play what they want and think that exclusive games and content are getting a bit out of hand.
While I miss my Dreamcast, as the years go bye it seems more and more that SEGA made the right decision getting out of the co...
Game is off the hook
Why can't the PS3 owners and fans of this game SEE that this story is not meant to be a knock on the game! It is however, meant to show that IF that is indeed an employee of Insomniac that they are SO down to earth and considerate when it comes to their fan base that they would ACTUALLY care to help the SMALL amount of individuals having the issue!
This is not a knock on the game! Read the article!!
