PS5 Controllers are required for PS5 games, the reason is, if developers can't assume all PS5 games have haptic feedback or adaptive triggers, they cannot they full advantage of the controller.
For example, in Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, if you can play the game with the DS4, then most of your weapons would lost half of the functionalities, this is only possible when Sony said PS5 requires DualSense controllers. They take the stand to make sure their advanced feature...
@Tacoboto
You still don't get it then, let me explain one more time.

If I am to play Ratchet and Clank with my PS4 controller, it would have been a completely different (inferior) experience, in that sense, it is good to enforce people to use the PS5 controller, which is comes with every PS5 sold anyways.
When remote share to your friends who own a PS4 controllers, you can't expect them to buy a PS5 controller just for that, and in this case, it is the "remote play" application works with PS4 controllers natively, which is a co...
Sony has their own version of game pass, and it is call PS Now, they believe in their exclusives enough to not make them available day one on a subscription where people can sign up for $1. Game pass will turn all their games to GAAS.
PS5's tech are way ahead of XBox, and PS are also much earlier adopters on wireless, blu-ray, VR...etc compare to XBox.
Funny you guys keep saying Sony need to copy MS, when they are doing so much better than MS because...
One positive news on PS5 brings out so many XBots finding every little angles to make it a negative thing.

Agree, it is that much better.
Spoilers in article, read only if you have played the game.
I am really sad that the success of these online games delaying some of my favourite games, such as GTA Online delayed GTA 6, and World of WarCraft delayed WarCraft 4... -_-
I really don't get Nintendo, why do they care if the views are on their stream or not, people are promoting their games and platform for free and they still need to be an ass.
@Hawk198666
Seriously?
I think the differences were one is lacking content, the other is completely broken.
I was expecting at least one "oh my god (jaw dropped on the floor)" moment, but that didn't happened. Don't see anything that would make me want to get an Series X right away.
I want to see more gameplay, especially Halo Infinite single player, Hellblade, Starfield, Fable...etc, the heavy hitters.
Forza Horizon or Flight Simulator are not my cup of tea, so even though they look great, it doesn't mean much to me.
This comment proved you haven't even played them.
Uncharted, Tlou2, Ratchet and Clank, God of War, GT, Dreams, they are not even open world.
For open world games, Spiderman, Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon, Days Gone... none are of them are even remotely similar to each other.
Origins > Odyssey > Valhalla
It is getting more and more boring...
There are no tears, just stating the fact that it is crap. Most boring entry of all AC. They need to retire this series. Leap of Faith stopped being interesting long ago.
Indeed, the music contributed a lot to the overall atmosphere!
I miss the day when I can just grind to unlock stuff, not pay for every little extra thing.
I have only watched a few review videos, weird that most of them don't talk about the haptic feedback implementation.
I agree, scalpers buy, and then they are sold asap, they wouldn't risk keeping them just to drive the price up, because the instant PS5 are back in stock, the PS5 they hold doesn't worth a cent more than retail price.
