I would say don't rush to find a different dev, let 343 do what they can for Halo Infinite (too late to save it anyways), and then let Halo takes a break, find the right dev slowly. While letting their other studios to have the creative freedom to build games that they believe in.
Ya, what a shame, because I was really interested when I saw the first trailer way back.
Is it just me or is this game really bad? I stopped playing after 30 mins, just couldn't get into it at all. It was buggy, the combat was clunky.
This looks amazing, always love artistic games.
oh no, something is wrong with my memory so this game sucks!! /S
That's the problem of GamePass, a studio would only put their games on GamePass only if they think they won't sell well. Because if you your games turned out to review well after a day 1 launch, you still won't get a cent more from GamePass, and as soon as the game leave GamePass, the players count will have a hard drop in 1 single day.
And I also give up on games on GamePass much more easily, because I FEEL like they are "free", so I FEEL like I lose ...
They need to fix a lot of things:
- less repetitive - can't just repeat zone after zone of similar objectives, each zone is more like a mini world that you can tackle in any other, so they feel very disconnected, no character developments
- combat - after playing Ghost of Tsushima, Valhalla's combat felt like crap, I would rather the combat be more like "For Honor"
- better loot system - how you basically upgrade the same armor from beginning to th...
I don't get the hate, if you don't see the value, then don't pay for it. Why spend hours upon hours, going into every articles about this game to tell people why they should hate it too? Why can't people enjoy what they enjoy? You keep your $70, I play my game.
God of War Ragnarok coming in a few months, and that's enough for many to own a PS5 (sadly also on PS4, but understandable because of the chips shortage)
And god knows how long before XBox has something similar in terms of quality coming out. Switch has some good games, but I really can't stand sub-1080p graphic is 2022, switch use the same chips as Nvidia TV box FFS. And by the time BotW2 comes out, switch 2 might be happening already, just like what happened on Bo...
I don't believe pushsquare anymore, they have been trying so hard to bring down PlayStation.
@Jin_Sakai
We get it, we know you hate it. Now if you will excuse us, we will buy it day one and play the hell out of it.
And then when they release a sequel, what would happen? Gamers will wait for it to comes to gamepass, instead of buying it. And it doesn't even have to be good, because it is a lump sum payment. In the long run, they earn less and quality goes down.
Anyways, said what I needed to say, if you guys don't see it then whatever, have a good day.
And I don't get it, can I like Part II, or it offended you that I like it? I guess your opinion is right and mine have to be wrong then.
@Foxtrot
When you go to a mall, would you go into each of the stores and tell them you are not buying their stuff?
@darthv72
Only you can turn that into a positive thing... "ONLY 2.34x"... sure...
I am going to start a new subscription service, which is better than GP, because you can play any games that I release 10 days before it releases, the only problem is there are no games but it is ok, it is still a better service.
Is it like how MS paid to block "Bethesda" and "Activision" games on Sony platforms?
shut up
@sparky77
But new RPGs will choose PS because it doesn't has to compete with Elder Scrolls at all.
Either way, XBox will sell more consoles because of the exclusives, but also lose a lot of fan base because PS gamers simply don't have access to it.
@CS7
Since when do games price based on amount of time needed to create the games?
Are you saying halo infinite or cyberpunk should be priced at $199 then?
And since when do we review games based on price? Do we automatically add 3 points to games that are $10?
