I think they need to explain the lower price, not that we don't like the lower price, but it makes people speculate, like is it a lesser product?
I was pretty sure Tears of the kingdom will get GOTY, but after FF12 demo, not so sure any more.
I rushed to squareenix site to see if the collector's edition still available right after the demo... and I was surprised to see the "FF16 collector's edition restocked", almost impulsively bought it... but $350 USD a bit too much.
Anyways, just want to say the demo was freaking good, and made me want to spend money on it right away lol.
They could have done so many simple things differently, that would have put them in a better position.
1. Don't keep giving up the naming of the consoles. Use a more tradition name instead of using the trending word of the moment, "X", "360", "One", "Series"...
2. Drop the green colours, personally think even orange or red or black would have been cooler, just not a big fan of green
3. Hyping up games, not techno...
They are not losing, they lost.
But they can win in the future, if they focus more on making good games, and less on "content fund".

Always this "kids" excuse, if GamePass is such a best deal in gaming, everyone should have easily saved enough to just get the X instead.

Every Bethesda and Activation/Blizzard games were releasing on both platforms, they didn't have to spend a penny there. And then they spent and trying to spend a total of 76 billions... 19 YEARS of current Gamepass revenue (not even profit), just so millions of gamers won't have access to them, and XBox gamers gained ZERO games.
And people compare this to a single studio purchase Insomniac, a studio has always been releasing games on PS exclusively, and then releas...

It might be a good game, but it is being over hyped, won't do it any good, people's expectations for it is extremely high now.
Personally, not a game that I wouldn't care about much regardless, just not my cup of tea, I haven't even played any Elders Scroll other than Oblivion.
Before the game is even launched, they are talking about winning streak... it is either shitty journalism or fat pay cheque.
Each game's sale can fund the next game, I don't get it.
I think the complains are more about the quality of them, not the quantity.
I don't see anyone complains when the last generation of iPhone is no longer the "fastest iPhone ever".
It works for slower paced games like strategy games, where latency is not as big of an issue. Anything that requires good reaction time has always been frustrating to play for me through cloud streaming.
The best for beginners is to experiment with each class on their own.
If gameplay is all that matter then why we need a remake?
I played the original on SNES and I expect a remake in 2023 looks like a game from 2023.
I don't consider a game a GOTY contender based on hypes and promises, if it turns out to be great, then of course it can be one of the candidates, but first we need the game to be released or get a demo first. In the mean time, it is not a contender, just like how I wouldn't say Spiderman 2 is too, it is not out and no one has played any amount of it.
