the vast majority of the time (before 1.04) the game played fine for me, but the problems occurred enough to be an annoyance. i also just wasn't enjoying it as much as KZ2's mp.
with my $20 pre-order bonus and the $42 for the trade in im picking up SOCOM and hoping for a much better mp experience.
the good reviews are making me feel better about my pre-order. i really need to find a new mp to play regularly. BF3 and Resistance 3 isn't coming until the end of the year, so it leaves this or SOCOM to hold me over.
due to controls some games are as if not better on consoles.
i pre-ordered it also, but it was for the free copy of Metro 2033. never had that high of hopes but a free game is always good. right now i'm kind of pissed that the 360 gets an extra map. hope to get that map for free a month down the road.

yeah i agree and thought of your point, but i would think they had the 360 deal done before the 2 million mark was announced.
i understand that its all business(unfortunately by what was said in the last Bonus Round on GT even developers are starting to look at game development this way as well), but doesn't this stuff have more potential hurting their sales? its seems that a lot of people where already on the fence with this game, and now if they're PC or PS3 gamers, this just gives them another reason to skip the game.
didn't they just come out and say they need to sell 2 million(gues...
i laughed at both Grand and Mmmkay. funny bubs to both :)
very lame. give extra guns, skins, grenade, but to give a whole map that others won't get (not right away anyways) is (again) lame.
@Antoine
Sony isn't going after those who mod their PS3 to have more blue led lights. just like the car makers don't mind if i put on a pair of shorty headers on my car, but the car maker would be pissed if i gained access to their hydrogen technology(insert any tech) and released all the info to the public. that would be a giant waste of millions-billions of dollars. im sure they would come at me for divulging such trade secretes.
really its Live. either people really like the things that Live give them that PSN isn't, or they and their friends already entrenched in Live.
though i don't care too much for this feature, i have run into a few occasion where it would be nice to use. i would hope it would be a standard feature not just for + user.
i think i might as well. been thinking about for a while, and also been wanting to install larger HDD. this may push me to doing both.
i would think the one or two hit kill has to be a latency thing. hard to tell if you do it to someone else cuz you never know if they just got in a fire fight and just have low health.
there does also seem to be times when guys take a lot more damage then usual. im not as sure about this though. it could also be latency issues. earlier today i was making a push for an objective and i managed to take 5-7 guys out in a 15 second span. i know most saw me coming and where firing...
“Do we regret working with Microsoft?” said Morris. “No, but it’s unlikely we’ll work with them again …"
it seems like he(they?) just don't feel it was worth the time or investment to bring it to the 360.
a lot of games i want, and a lot of those games are already FPS, im not 100% sure on this game yet, though its on my list right now.
funny bubs
on amazon wishlist now
big Playstation fan here, and i would rather it be on as many systems as possible, and for it to turn out good.
i don't understand how anyone who visits and post on a gaming site could try to use "nerd" as an insult.
i'd rather have a good experience than a long one. that being said, i always hope for 12 hours of sp gameplay. thats counting story and deaths along the way.
