I bought my 60 gig (now 250 gig) PS3 used nearly 3 years ago, use it quite heavily and haven't had any problems at all. I think it all comes down to common sense and taking care of your electronics.

Gabe Newell doesn't deserve anything. His incompetence and intolerance for gamers who aren't a part of his "audience" is despicable. Geeze, give the award to someone from Naughty Dog or a developer that has done something to move the industry forward, but Valve!? *sigh* Don't get me started.
Being a PS3 fan and owner, I was trying to be accepting of this guys criticisms and opinions... until he started stating his points with absolutely NO valid reasons i.e. Trophies vs. Achievements and a mess of other things.
Yeah, that Infamous trailer is without a doubt one of the coolest trailers ever made. My favorite on the list for SURE. B)

Well, Natal will fail because it basically uses PlayStation Eye (Perhaps even just EyeToy) technology, nothing really new here. Now, although the PS3 wand controller is very similar to the Wii, the PS3 wans is actually used in conjunction with the camera which can actually place a weapon in your hand onscreen, now THAT is pretty freakin' cool. Natal? No Thanks. PS3 wand controller thingy? Bring it on!

Isn't anybody aware of the fact that you can play any PC game on the PS3 via Yellowdog Linux? So, in fact, NONE of these are exclusives. =)
Crap, even though this is just a TASTE of what GT5 will offer, I'm stoked! PS3... it only does crazy awesome, insanely realistic racing games. ^_^
