If it's Ubi, I'm sort of scared, but who knows, we may just be getting an awesome title. Because regardless, Michael Jackson has the ability to just make a product better.
This is looking pretty awesome.
CVG has gone from decent to downright laughable over the past few weeks, what a joke.
Interesting, although I'm still skeptical about the way the game will look, because so far I'm not blown away, but I am hopeful, as long as the gameplay is great.
I'm so glad Virgin is getting back into the gaming scene again, loved their past work, whether it was largely movie-related games or not.
This would be one of the only things that would ever compel me to consider a 360 if it were to happen, but honestly, even with Phil, I doubt I'd leave the AAA-title goodness of my PS3.
Yeah, but Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 wouldn't have needed the extra promotion, as their sales number were great on the PS3 alone.
According to VGChartz:
Uncharted 2: 3,274,930 units sold to date.
Killzone 2: 2,298,254 units sold to date.
Crap, I hadn't even thought of that! Move + Alan Wake would have been great!
Would it have sold better had it come out on the PC? Maybe... sure. But it would have experienced phenomenal success had it been on both the 360 AND PS3. But to say PC titles outsell console titles is pretty freakin' laughable, are you crazy?
You'd be surprised how forgiving it is considering it's not a one-hit death experience like other arcade side-scrollers of its kind.
Infamous... DEFINITELY. (Not sure if you could consider it a cliffhanger or not, but the ending had you salivating for Infamous 2.)
Indeed man, indeed. I can only hope for a bug-free Home. It would be nice, although I know it's definitely gonna take some time, unfortunately.
The thing is, people hating on Home is actually a good thing, because it exposes what they may be doing wrong. Being complacent all the time can prove to be more detrimental to the platform rather than beneficial.
I just hope that they fixed the Central Plaza freezing issue. >.<
OK, now THIS is awesome! =D
Xi was awesome. The thing is, it seems like there's too much focus on content and things that will only raise public interest for small periods of time in short bursts, when I believe they should really be focusing on features that people can go to time and time again, instead.
Goodness gracious, before Home even hit Open Beta, that was THE feature that was getting people excited for the app, because that's something that really DOES bring people together... entertainment and games with friends!
Yeah, I remember hearing the name constantly, but never saw any real gameplay footage.
Hmmm, this is one that really flew under the radar for me. Might have to give it a try at some point.
I have a feeling they're going to re-open the events space for E3, so I'd say expect it. Actually, earlier this year they said that E3 goodies were coming, I'm 99% sure that the events space is re-opening tomorrow.
