@boing is the resolution low or is it because you so close the display that it becomes noticeable, zero lags amazing, I use glasses for distance so it wouldn't be a problem for me to take them off and use the rift, but could you get a pair of glasses inside if you were long sighted.
Has the rift got headphones built in or is there room it fit some proper gaming headphones over the top I think that sound would really help the immersion.
@sheikah
I don't get travel sick or sea sick so I hope I be ok.
I think it would be great for a horror game something like condemned.
What's it like, do you ever lose your balance looking around.
I can't see how it can bother someone that already owns a ps3 but I'm coming from a 360 and there are some ps3 games that I would have liked to play.
Heres a link to a YouTube vid of the game.

Rubbish the halo game has at least some elements of halo to it, where as this is nothing but a coke ad.
@sofresh go and watch it on youtube its far worse than the screen shots suggests, the whole game is about picking up coke to fill a bottle of coke that always present on screen.
It's so exploitive of uncharted and completely out of character.
Probably the worsted selling out of a game character I have ever seen.
Anyone who dissagrees go watch the vid and then give me worse example.
I've got a hunch that someone will get crysis 3 just because it's a pc game so it shouldn't be to hard to port and it's a very good looking game which always helps a launch game to show off the system.
Why do people think that the ps4 gpu is just a 7870 when clearly the 7870 doesn't have any direct connections to the cpu to export processing on it with HSA.
To make rift more popular they need to make the option of rift in game and not an external plug in, as seeing an option for it in game will be free advertising and will peak someone's curiosity.
They need a free plugin that will work with most modern game engines and comes free with popular game engine, so it would almost be a couple of clicks and it's in the game for a dev.
I know that there will be a performance hit but that could be the gamers choice to take the hit.
He's a rocket scientist, he created the FPS, he invented normal mappings and mega textures which made all the gpu and software companies shift back to tiling for all their texturing that everyone will be using for next gen games.
I'd like to see you explain that to the nurse in the ozzy, excuse me but I've got a copy of driveclub and battlefield 4 stuck in my back passage.
.
Im more impressed with some of the xbone games over the ps4 ones, but im buying a ps4 as I think it has more potential, I will get a psplus sub and soak up all the free games, demos and free to play games before buying a game and probably get second son when that launches.
@antecash that's because it isn't faster it has more cu units so it can do more calculations but technologically the xbone is faster as it has the greater mhz.
Bigger is probably wrong too as they different things on the dies like ram etc.
I see ipads and phone as an introduction to gaming for alot of people that wouldn't have tried gaming and if a small percentage of that moves onto consoles then the market grows.
@ju it's as relevant to next gen texturing as scalable tessellation is to high polygon pushing.
If you think every texture this gen will several layers of textures and translucency at a high resolution you can see how important high to low texture swapping will be.
I actually think that both console will be better built than last looking at the fairly conservative clock speeds and the advances in cooling.
My problem is which is better advanced tiled textures in the xbone or the pure power of the ps4.
GTA is massive and is also made in the uk, it has to be the biggest franchise made in Europe.
