the 360 one looks a little more detailed. the ps3 one looks more blurry.

wow, so capcom is paying microsoft to allow them to have their game on the 360. sounds good for microsoft. they get a game and money in their pocket! lol you fanboys are funny.
i bet you a hundred bucks that any impartial gamer could tell big differences if they actually used both services extensively. most people that say they are the same are people who either don't game online very much or they are partial to one console and spend most of their time playing on that console. i have both and the whole experience is richer and smoother on xbox live.
unreal engine 3 is not dated. it is constantly being updated and improved by epic. also, bioware are using a heavily modified unreal engine 3. anyway, i will never understand where some of you are coming from. to my eyes mass effect 2 is by far one of the best looking games i have played. i also don't see what some of you see in god of war 3. it looks like a polished action game and it does look pretty good, but not that good.

no, because some things are a matter of opinion and some things are a matter of fact. the color of the sun is in the realm of objective facts that can be measured empirically.
a person's opinion of a game, on the other hand, is completely subjective.
so if this site is being blacklisted for breaking an embargo like some people are claiming then why weren't all those other french sites blacklisted?
sony might have the convenient excuse that they did it because the site broke the embargo but they don't seem to mind when the reviews are positive.
what do you mean? i have been playing mass effect 2 and it is one of the best looking games at this point. i don't really agree with this person's opinion regarding heavy rain. the textures are not very good and the whole game is very linear and confined. i have played other games like it and they always look a little better in certain ways because they are not doing much.
yeah it does in some ways. that's the thing about these games though, they all look so different from each other so it makes it hard to compare them. in the end i don't worry about ranking them, i just think they are all amazing looking games and leave it at that. halo reach, heavy rain, killzone 2, splinter cell conviction, alan wake, uncharted 2, mass effect 2. all are gorgeous games and all of them look the best in their own ways.
i disagree with you. i have the 360 version of mass effect 2 and uncharted 2 on the ps3 and in my opinion mass effect 2 is just as nice looking of a game. they each look better than the other in certain ways.
well, nothing i have seen from the game looks better than uncharted 2. it goes for a more realistic look compared to uncharted 2's more colorful graphics, but if we are talking technical things like textures and lighting then uncharted 2 still looks much better.
heavy rain can look really good sometimes, but other times it looks kind of bad. for example, i don't think we can even find an uncharted 2 screenshot that looks as bad as this screenshot from heavy rain.
yes ps3 boys, tell us how not average MAG is and how it is really the most amazing shooter ever. all the reviewers must be wrong and the only people that know the truth are a handful of diehard ps3 fanboys who think they are fighting for their beloved console's honor. sorry, i played the beta and i can tell by the reviews that not much has changed.
it will never go to the ps3. the devs have said this is 100% exclusive to the 360 and pc.
hmm i have always liked the splinter cell games a lot more than the metal gear solid games. i don't like the convoluted story telling in metal gear solid and i think the action and stealth mechanics are much more refined in splinter cell.
agreed. splinter cell has always been an xbox franchise to me. even though it showed up on other platforms i first played splinter cell on the original xbox and the other games looked so much better on the xbox than the ps2 that they have always been associated with the xbox in my mind. it's still my favorite action/stealth series.
